If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’m executive elite at National so there should be a guaranteed car if I book… well, after waiting for more than one hour, they had to drive me to another location to pick it up. The person that drove us was extremely reckless, making us feel unsafe, and breaking a lot of traffic laws (drove every block on King St not allowed for cars is just one example). Of course the car was not what I booked, making everyone less comfortable, and the AC was not working. So we’re at 30 degrees weather, under the sun, on a highway, having to open the windows so we (including a pregnant friend) don’t pass out because of the heat. Nightmare, hope no one eles goes through this.

First time renter at the National at Bloor and Yonge location. Got a Toyota Corolla; did like it much nothing much can be done as this location has limited inventory. Also no Emerald Isle. Customer service was so great; received friendly smiles and staff answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. Special shootout to Anthony who not only remembered my name but remembered I had wanted to charge my rental to a different card. It was not possible due to system limitations but at least he tried. Thanks so much for the great service!

Sam the store manager gives best customer service experience I’ve had across downtown. He also goes above and beyond in securing you best possible vehicles. I’m a loyal fan. As a bonus tip, I’m a long time customer of both National and Enterprise, and National comes out on top in terms of rewards and extra perks. A++ for this location.

My rental got a flat tire literally right outside this location. I called to ask for a car swap but the owner refused, said he might not have enough cars to cover reservations later in the day, told me to take the car to an auto repair shop myself then put me on perm hold. After the auto shop couldn't resolve the problem (the car isn't equipped with s spare and the shop had to order the same tire for next day delivery), the National road side assistance people sent me back to this location and directed them to provide me another car.But more drama after I returned to here: despite I explained that I needed the car to take my elderly parent to doctors, they still insisted I swap the original mini van for either a pickup truck (my mobility impaired elderly parent couldn't climb into) or a tiny subcompact (a folded wheelchair won't fit in its trunk). It took another half an hour and after him failed to convince another waiting customer to pay extra to a full size sedan because he didn't have a midsize that customer reserved, he reluctantly let me take a full size sedan.All said and done, it wasted me 3 hours for something that should have been taken care of in 15 minutes.As other reviewers also pointed out, the address listed on the web and their contract isn't correct. It's for an office location they already shut. It just shows how much, or how little, to be more precise, they care.

I had a smooth car-rental experience from start to finish.Despite its secluded location and requiring several steps to reach the rental desk and get the vehicle out of the garage. The staff made up for this inconvenience by displaying clear information and on how to get to, get out, and return their vehicles. They also demonstrated good customer service, and provided my rental car in a prompt manner. The car I got was clean - though a bit high on milage, which was expected - and operated well. I would rent here again and would recommend.

Reserved a car more than a week in advance. Arrived at the location to be told that no cars were available and they would put me on a waitlist. The estimated wait time was 2+ hours. There was a line of desperate people waiting for a car to show up. This seems to be a reoccurring issue. There was no phone call, no email suggesting that they had no cars. I can’t comprehend who on earth thinks this is okay. Why allow reservations in the first place if you overbook, and why not inform your customers that there are no cars?

To be fair I really value coming to this location. Im part of the emerald club, usually book full size or premium cars. The vehicles are always nice and I usually get an upgrade to the next class up if it's available with my emerald club rewards.The staff are great, especially Ketura! Everytime I'm there she makes it a great experience. I'm quick and on the go all the time so I like to be in and out fast. She's quick on her feet and takes care of the whole process from start to finish.Will be continuing to rent from this location.

Absolute garbage service at this location even as an Exec elite. I didn't get the 'guaranteed vehicle' without having to wait for 90 minutes and requested to go to another location.I had to wait here in line for an hour in an underground parking garage as there were no cars available and after an hour was then asked if I would mind being driven to another Enterprise location (by Yonge and Eglinton) which is where I was eventually (1.5 hours later) given a mid-size car even though my reservation was for a full-size car.Don't waste your time here. Already emailed care@... so save your automated irrelevant response.

We continue to return to this location for our rental car needs for two key reasons. I only give 5 stars when service is exceptional and Definitely this location and specifically this team deserves a 5 Star Recommendation.Amazing Customer Service from the team at this Location. Special shoutout to Sampann.I rent frequently and have status with ALL car rental companies and this location definitely stands out. I go out of my way to rent from this location and have instructed my team to do the same just because of the professionalism of the Team at this location.
