First and last time for sure. I used them because they were recommended by insurance and the repair was supposed to take 10-14 days. Almost 2 months later now and when I went to pick up my car. The door handle was installed completely and properly. They say they’re still waiting on a screw or something and they just installed in a way that could be used “with caution”, it’s not working! I’ve been calling them back and forth since with no updates so whatever and they don’t even call back when they promise they will.Really upsetting and non-trustworthy customer service and experience. I wish I have done enough research before choosing them. Be careful out there folks.

I used their body shop repair as recommended by auto insurance and they provide lifetime warranty.Upon repair completion they provided lifetime warranty card. The body trim started separating after a few months and I showed it to the adjuster.The initial repair took days to repair and included car rental from the Insurance. When asked if the trim can be repaired while waiting he would not give an answer.He took some photos and was suppose to get back to me on the repair. Months later and did not follow up.Initial contact to get repairs carried out is great, after work is done, that's where it falls apart. Don't be fooled by lifetime warranty.May 9, 2023Over the weekend I noticed the repair work they did is showing signs of determination. The clear coat is bubbling and the trim separating some more.
