Valerie is truly fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her. The Immigration process in Quebec is complex and there may be process changes introduced from time to time, which makes staying on top of it difficult.Valerie knows this process inside out and is very clear and concise with her guidance and instruction. When I have had follow up questions or concerns and email her to help me understand, she has always responded and in a timely fashion always with valuable advice.She is pleasant and friendly in her approach.
