Great if you are a trucker!The Breakfast was disappointing but more recent reviews then mine are saying it's good now.My experience was Milk was warm and watered down maybe.Bacon was strangely grey.The rest was average and the best in the area.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and I found it quiet. It was nice to have the fridge to store my food items in. Beds were comfy. Only complaint: hot breakfast was less than desirable (esp the eggs). That being said, if I wasn't gluten free, I could have had waffles, bagles, or cereal. The selection was decent. I liked the juice options.

Got into first room and it was a mess, plus key didn't work, got another room, TV didn't work, had to reset the box and TV, and then in the morning, had to have a cold shower, not a good time

Morning breakfast was great...good variety. The rooms are clean and spacious. I wanted initially a room in athabasca but i overflowed to Grasslands. It was worth extra drive. Nicely located near a gas station and a full service restaurant. Guests get a 10% discount. Front desk staff was good.

While the hotel itself was great....the continental breakfast was very poor and the location in a town in the middle of nothingness made it difficult as far as dinner choices or just getting out for the day/evening. If you're just needing place to lay your head as you're passing through....I recommend it.....just skip the breakfast.

I stayed at the Ramada Boxing Day when my vehicle broke down in Grassland. The hotel was quiet, not a lot of guests. In the morning, on my son’s 10th birthday he was eating the complementary breakfast waffles when he bites into a piece of clear glass. Nothing at the waffle station was made of clear glass and our utensils were black plastic. When I informed the front desk he told me it was impossible and that I was a liar. I have since filled out a customer survey with the details of the incident but no one has even bothered to reach out. Very disappointed in the follow up from corporate.

Front desk barely spoke english and had red eyes. We got to our room and unpacked then noticed the toilet was not flushing. Tried to call front desk with no answer. Went down and told him what happened and he called someone who he woke up to get a plunger. We had to plunge it ourself and after 15 minutes of trying to fix this toilet we again went down and told him it wont flush. He did not know how to put us in a new room and had to text his boss. We got into our new room and the toilet seat in this room almost came off when we sat on it. I don't recommend this hotel.
