I went in yesterday to get some parts for my girlfriends 2018 Mitsubishi RVR (she purchased her vehicle at this dealership). I have to say I was very pleased with how friendly and helpful Kevin in the parts department was. Even though your system was down, he took the time to manually check for their availability. The parts I bought fit perfectly! I know this is a small thing, but it’s these small situations that make the biggest impression. Kevin, thanks again for your help!

I'm glad I went to this dealership because people here are easy to deal with they are not into sales and not greedy. They listen and recommend based on what you need. They are very transparent and you can trust them. Unlike other dealership they are pushy and greedy Based on my experience. Rommel De Guzman and Kamal kahil helped me to get my eclipse cross g.t and of course the very friendly and accommodating General manager Paul Micallef.100 percent I will recommend this dealership

I absolutely love coming to this location. Every single staff member, from the front staff to the mechanics, are so friendly and helpful. My car randomly started giving trouble and I needed to come in without an appointment as it was an emergency. Rob, the service manager, was so understanding and accommodating and got my car in quickly. While I waited I had some lovely chats with the other employees which made the time go by quickly. Thank you Rob and everyone at Scarborough Mitsubishi for a great experience, as per usual!

Great dealership to deal with. From the sales team to the service team. My family and I have purchased 5 vehicles from this location. Sales staff is friendly and very helpful. Paul, the General Manager, helped make purchasing the vehicles easy! We get our vehicles serviced here and I have nothing to complain about. The advisor is always welcoming and is very honest. The service manager,Rob, is very friendly and will always come out of his office to greet us and help in any way. Any work done on our cars have always been explained properly and job is always done correctly. I would highly recommend this location! Keep up the great work!

I recently bought a 2023 RVR at this location, my wife and I had a great experience with the team at Mitsubishi Scarborough!Joseph was our sales rep and he is very experienced and has excellent customer service. He made sure we got what we were looking for and went through all the details throughly. We were very satisfied!The Finance Manager Kamal also very experienced and understanding worked with our budget. He was able to create a monthly plan that worked for us!Paul, the main Manager checked in with us and answered any questions we had. He was very polite and overall the experience from start to finish was very pleasant. I recommend this location to anyone who is interested in a Mitsubishi! I will definitely be going back!

They just want sale their cars and nothing much. I personally didn't like their service at all and don't think I would go there again. Mitsubishi car is good but not the branch. This is my experience I had.

My car had been stolen a part from it , I called mitsubishi services, and they towed the car immediately to Scarborough Mitsubishi, and they inspected my car ,sent the report ,Robert (services manager) called me many times to updates me about the insurance report ,actually I got an excellent service while I was at home .Thanks Nashwa
