I have had periodental issues for 36 years including 13 dental/gum/implant surgeries and Dr. Dorothy Marko has been there with me through it all. She is a remarkable dentist and I don't say this lightly as I have seen many dental specialists in dealing with my recurring resorption. Dr. Marko is very experienced, knowledgeable and conscientious but also very caring and humane. She does excellent dental work with attention to esthetics. I have come to totally rely on her expertise and I sincerely hope she never retires. Palladium Dental also seeks out very qualified professional staff. CAROLINE is the best hygienist!!! She is also experienced, knowledgeable, extremely attentive to my dental issues and does a remarkable job in providing me the best hygiene experience every time I see her. Dr. Marko's dental assistant also stands out for me. This review could not be complete without commenting on Lisa & Karen who make me feel welcome, facilitate appointments, payment and insurance details and more importantly make me want to come back to Palladium Dental. Dr. Van der Wal is very professional in addition to being very friendly and personable. She explains everything that is happening, putting anyone who is nervous at ease. This place and their staff are amazing. I first reached out back in June to inquire about becoming a patient as I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time. I knew I had alot of work to be done. Thankfully, I was assigned Dr. Van der Wal. She was kind, caring, and explained everything in great detail. On my first visit she took X-rays and developed a plan to get my oral hygene back on track. During each subsequent visit, she explained exactly what she was going to do, and for someone like me who typically doesn't enjoy dental work, she made the process easy, and comfortable. She really seems invested in getting me back up to good health. Amazing dentist - can't thank her enough. Special thanks to her assistant Judy as well. Also, when a nearby surgeon wasn't able to do a consult until 8 months, their front desk team was able to find me another surgeon who had me in their office the following week. Everyone at this clinic is amazing. Thank you!
