A Taste Of Freedom
First time visiting this restaurant. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. They have regular menu offerings and specials to choose from. I had the butternut squash ravioli with pork belly. My friend had the linguine and meatballs. Both were generous portions. Temperature and taste were good. Desserts were excellent…the pistachio tartufo and carrot cake were both delicious. After seeing a few steaks go by me, I would definitely return to try that entree…looked so appealing.

This restaurant needs to be updated. It really through me only one washroom. The dining area we were in three long tables not to cozy. I had the ribs, too much for one person, you should be able to order half rack. The Butter chicken literally had clumps of butter. I don't thinki would go back.

Carl (sp?) and staff took very good care of us. My parents chose here as we were visiting. Everything was on point. Will definitely be back in the summer to eat Al fresco on their giant back patio. Can’t wait to take my wife here, my son and I ate very well, my son eating the ribs of the prime rib that was on special…

A Taste Of Freedom
Visited only because of the high rating to get my own opinion. Giving it 5 stars. I loved the inside and the outside. The weather in Apr 2023 was amazingly warm which made it possible to sit on the patio. Ordered sirloin steak wrap and fries and feel in love from the first bite. Worth every penny. I think they have the most amazingly delicious fries I've ever tried. Difinitely will come again.

Everyone talks about how great this restaurant is to go and have a wonderful dinner, but there is another side of it too. Every year on our anniversary, we get one of the family takeout and bring it home to celebrate sitting on our deck and relaxing. A lot of times takeout food isn’t quite as good because it’s not prepared immediately before you eat it but A Taste of Freedom is different. Because the food is so well-made, and the ingredients are so fresh, the meal is just as good as if we had had it sitting there in the restaurant. I cannot recommend their takeout meals strongly enough. The fact that these are also in compostable take out containers is just a wonderful addition.So if you have a nice, comfortable place to sit this summer, looking out at nature or your back yard, try picking up one of the family takeouts and relax and enjoy yourself!

When we first walked through the doors, it not only felt like going over to a friend’s house for dinner, but smelled like it, too.In large, chain restaurants, you can often only smell the food, whereas here, it had a comfortable homey scent.It was a fairly busy night, so the warm hustle and bustle upon walking in was very welcoming.We got our own private room upstairs, which was a perfect place for an intimate celebration.Our waiter was amazing, running up and down the stairs to check on us, and making friendly conversation.My family and I will most definitely be making the trek back up to enjoy your wonderful establishment again!Thank you so much!

A Taste Of Freedom
A nice French getaway for a lovely lunch or dinner. Staff is friendly, food was outstanding, we had the seafood linguini and the curried shrimp over risotto. The service was excellent, and the local is so quaint. I must remember this place to return again.

The food at A Taste Of Freedom is always amazing! We always order something different each time we go, and have never been disappointed. Great staff, wonderful service, and even better food!

A Taste Of Freedom
We had a delicious dinner at The Taste of Freedom. The mussels were meaty and tasty. The curry shrimp and jerk chicken were very flavourful.The service was efficient and friendly.
