Fake jewelry, the package said surgical steel yet the jewelry turned my skin black. I had called the company to inform the survivor and she was very rude. I definitely recommend going to Hot Topic instead

Never get your ears pierced here the girl piercing them got the pricing gun stuck in both of my ears. They got horribly infected, now years later still having horrible scars so I can never get my ears pierced again. Save yourself and just go to a piercing shop where they actually know what there doing.

Worst costumer service ever. First I was not acknowledge when i came in and the look on the face of the associate was like I was bothering them. So I asked if I was of any bother. Then I asked for help and get answered with a face that left me wondering if there was anything wrong. Then another customer comes in both associate run to them and talk to them while I was waiting at the cash. I asked them to come help me and one said that they were helping the other customer. And I had to let them know that they are both of them helping the same customer. I share my dissatisfaction for the customer service but the lady looked unbothered.

I got my daughter’s ears pierced here and they were incredible. Especially Lacey (I believe that’s her name!)I had read so many horror stories online about Claire’s ear piercing but after seeing it and asking lots of questions I felt comfortable and so did my daughter. Lacey was amazing and did such a good job. She was so kind and took her time with marking where the piercings would go and explaining everything and showing how everything is disinfected. It has been a month now and the piercings look so beautiful and there have been no issues!

Nice little shop for inexpensive accessories and getting piercings. They have a variety of things to sell there for random gifts. Generally geared toward young girls.

They have nize collections, but they behave rudely to customers. One of the main cashier on store was so rude, and was like demanding to us. Very bad experience from the cashier.

Terrible service today, the lady was taking 30 minutes with someone for piercing ears so I just left. Need more staff that actually want to do their job.
