I used Al to replace and repour a section of my exposed aggregate driveway and front steps that were damaged by the City of Surrey.Al was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process His staff were all friendly and kept me apprised of what they were working on. His pricing was reasonable and was well inline with the other quotes we obtained.The finished job looks amazing and my Wife any I are very happy with our new step and driveway portion and glad we selected Defined Concrete from the vendors we had quote.We would highly recommend giving Defined Concrete a call when looking for concrete services. I wanted a concrete pad for my motorhome. Al came as soon as I called him. He got back to me with a quote right away. I did the excavation and forms myself and Al came and okayed them before the pour. I wasn't expecting them for a week but they showed up two days later and did the gravel, compaction and the pour. A quality finished product!

When we first moved in, we absolutely hated our backyard. It was tough soil with overgrown weeds and plants along with grass moss and we never even wanted to look at the backyard. A couple calls later, in comes Al from Defined Concrete Services to the rescue! We got a few quotes and while everyone provided a quote for a plain rectangular cement slab, Al looked at the little details with clever angle cuts on 2 of the corners and a stamped design & coloring that really looks amazing. We've had this in place now for a few years and it's held up perfectly. The last 3 pics show our patio today after being resealed by Al and his team. I can tell you that it is the best investment we've ever made and it is our favorite place to hang out in the spring/summer season. Can't recommend Al and his company more. Great value and loved the attention to the details that really made a difference.

We had Defined Concrete install a brand new patio, side walk, portion of our driveway, front walkway and front patio in the fall of 2020. The work has held up well after a couple years and we’re very satisfied with the service and products we received. Very confident this concrete last a long time!

On time every time through every phase of this work. Very responsive to any questions or changes that I had or requested. The crew were all very professional, seemed pretty happy and content and were all able to provide answers. I had my carport and portion of my backyard patio cemented. In addition I had my backyard levelled with more soil and sod. I'm very pleased with the work and the results. I definitely recommend this company and I would use them again for different projects.

I wanted to give a shout out to the team at Define Concrete for the amazing work they did in our backyard. We started with a blank slate and in just a couple of weeks Define was able to put in a beautiful stamped concrete for our Gazebo.The team was very professional from day one. At the end of a working day everything was cleaned up and back in place. It was like they were not even there. Throughout the whole process we were kept in the loop with timing of the framing, the pour and the final stamp and sealing of the concrete.
