Very bad service at parts department this is 3rd time happn gave then vin number still got wrong part i bought part recently with Vin number but wrong part then have to lose my day as well as have to take off from work to wait till they open and get part change its ridiculous I m in lose not premier truck parts guys worse attitude no sense to talk they don't know about parts anything and they are sitting in parts department customers has more knowledge about parts then parts team.

Well after a rocky start with my new used truck I brought it here for work to be done on the brakes, and I have to say that the service was good but the service manager was fantastic called me personally to let me know what was being done, he went over and above to make sure that the issue was resolved and it is, the truck runs great and the brakes now function they way they should. Thank you so much!!

I had a great experience at Team Truck centre Windsor around a month ago. MY truck had electrical issues. Went to couple other shops but they could not fix it.These guys know what they are doing esp. Navdeep. He is a smart guy and and found the root of the problem. I got my truck rolling in 2 hours.. Never had any issues after that .

I haven't expected such a great service. I had computer problem in 2016 Cascadia. Problem was fixed in very professional manner. Rayan an Chris from Service Department made a great effort to make repair process nice and smooth.With no any hesitation I recommend this place to everyone with truck problems that need to be solved by professionals.

My truck got over heated in Windsor.I headed over to Freightliner and Ryan at service and the boys were more than glad to help me get me through and get me patched up from my route home back to Kitchener. Awesome service both parts and service department. Highly recommended thanks guys

Bad customer serviceEverytime i went there just keep watching there faces, they are just watching there computers talking to each other customer is just waiting there. Even they don’t reply to customer. They only reply to customer when they call him. There can be rush or not they don’t care they just keep talking eith each other. Very bad customer service.

Parts department is horrible.Guys buy your parts from somewhere else if you can.Been coming here for 7 years , its the same. All those guys like Al and some other , they think they are the prettiest girl in the town and don’t wanna talk to you and throw up attitude at you.Btw Ryan in Service is great guy ,respect for the man , Cory was good too.
