****Book elsewhere if you live in Burlington or Oakville****Absolutely horrible! Phoned to set up appt for Yellow Fever vaccine (yes, I know there is a global shortage). However, I was assured that we could get our vaccine at the Oakville location. After sitting through the initial appt, I was told by Nurse Practitioner that the ONLY location to get the vaccine was Toronto. So there we are, sitting paying for a consult then only AFTER are we told that we have to go downtown. Other friends used other Burlington and Oakville clinics and had no issues with this. Phoned every week to see if there are any changes to location...no changes.Further, I was given a VERY limited number of dates to choose from. I cannot afford to loose work time to fit the 2-4 dates provided in a two week period. No waiting list offered. Suggested that they get a list together of folks that wanted Oakville as the location and was told they cannot because the vaccine is delivered to Toronto. Hmmm...so it can't be moved once received? It weighs a lot? As a health care professional, I can unequivocally confirm that moving medication from one site to another is NOT AT ALL difficult.

The clinic is very clean and bright. it is easy to book an appointment and the nurse is very knowledgeable and informative. We received great service and consultation for our trip. they have all vaccines in stock there and one can get them immediately.Please be aware that the vaccines have a significant mark up compared to getting them from the pharmacy.Otherwise, highly recommended to the good service, convenience of booking and availability of appointments.

Great service and honest recommendations! I wanted to get the bare minimum vaccine requirements as I sometimes have a reaction to vaccines and I didn't feel pressured to do more than I was comfortable with. Although still ended up getting quite a bit. But customer service was amazing!

Came in here for an appointment with my partner 5 weeks prior to our trip to Southeast Asia and the nurse practitioner was very informative and detailed about what immunization we would need before we leave. The nurse was honest about what is required and did not try to upsell useless medication just to make a few bucks.I would certainly come back and highly recommend their service to others.

I went to Summit to request an exemption from Yellow Fever and found the consultant extremely helpful. I received a recommendation to investigate the option for other inoculations that would protect my health in many ways for my upcoming trip. I was given a timeline for the inoculations and was provided with a folder providing all the information needed to help take care during my trip. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The service was excellent and it was prompt and efficient with a full assessment of my travel health requirements.

Our nurse was well-informed and honest. I never felt pressured into buying any vaccines I didn't think were necessary. I left feeling very prepared for my trip and I would definitely recommend this place!
