I started the treatment Oct 2021, at first no one would explain anything, I always had to ask question. However, my last 2 visits I had Nurse May, she was amazing. She explains the process and she is very through. On returning visits she would always check for progress and explain how the lazer hair treatment works. I love Nurse May, I now understand the overall process better and I would buy more treatments, if necessary because I understand.

I was using CoolSculpting treatments for a few times already and I could see results of less fat in my body. I love the very helpful stuff in this spa and especially the office manager Tatyana, her knowledge and suggestions in spa treatments amazing and works for me. Thank you for your beautiful work.

Nurse May provided excellent service! I was quite nervous for this 1st time procedure however she walked me through the process...was honest and patient and the results were amazing! Would highly recommend!

Great clinic! I’ve been doing my fat freezing with nurse May and I have seen great results with her. She has documented my progress each session and I can honestly say I am happy with the results. She’s very friendly. Also Heba at front desk is very nice and will help you with any of your concerns.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Nasrin. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She explained everything so well and gave me confidence in my choice to proceed. I was a little hesitant going in, but after talking to Dr. Nasrin, I went ahead and booked my appointment for the procedure. Also, the staff there were so friendly and greeted me in with a smile. I felt comfortable being there for my first time and I cannot wait to get started.*update*I had my appointment with nurse May, and she was just great! She was very friendly and explained the procedure thoroughly. Most importantly she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go with her when I go back in. She goes above and beyond to take care of you. I recommend New You Spa if you have the money.*Update*Although my experience the day of treatment was great, I haven’t seen results after couple of months. For the amount of money paid, I’m a bit disappointment now even after following what they recommended me to do. I don’t think I will be going back. But the ladies who worked with me were great, I’m just unhappy with no visible results.

Hi, just want to leave a review for May the nurse. She was very thorough and pleasant throughout our entire appointment. She made my experience with laser hair removal a comfortable and easy one! She's also very knowledgeable as well! Highly recommend her!!

This place is a joke. They literally harass you to purchase hundreds of units of Botox and multiple syringes of filler are then careless with their injections.I purchased filler in advance and they lost their records of me purchasing it. It took 2 months for them to resolve the issue and the only reason why it was resolved was because I continuously had to call back and remind them of the issue. I spoke with Tanya (the manager) MULTIPLE times. She had a very poor attitude.Not only did they lose records of my purchase, but when it was time for the injection, the nurse did not ask me about my medical history, what I wanted, nor did they contact the plastic surgeon that runs the clinic. In case you were not aware, this is required by all med spas and clinics.Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I have been going to New You Spa for laser hair removal treatments and the service is always great and I am happy with the results so far. Heba has been great and is always super friendly and accommodating when doing treatments. Would highly recommend!

Nurse May has been doing my laser hair removal sessions and I must say she is fantastic! She conducts the session with great care and focus, which always makes me feel at ease and well looked after.
