MNK SERVICES TOWING AND SCRAP CAR REMOVAL

This company is outstanding and absolutely blew me away. We had two cars that had been illegally towed by some unknown tow company. Nobody knew who had the vehicles, including the police and the vehicles were therefore marked stolen. The owners went out of their way calling every lot trying to help us (complete strangers and not even clients to them) figure out who might have our car. We eventually found it, and they even came out to help us get our cars back.Why should you care? Because this shows that this company is full of good samaritans that put others before themselves, and if they treated us this well, imagine how they treat YOU their actual clients!This is not a paid ad, and I am in no way affiliated with the owners, although it may seem like it based on this review. The truth is that these guys went above and beyond and found and helped recover my cars that had essentially been stolen, and so they've earned a glowing review. Seeing all their other glowing reviews I can definitely say they are a great company and deserve all the business they can get!TLDR:Great company that puts their customers and random strangers ahead of themselves (assuming you were undeniably wronged in some way). Based on their other glowing reviews they provide exceptional service. Know that your car is in great hands if you give them a call!

It was about 4:30 pm on a weekday when my car decided stop working on highbury ave near Oxford. Very busy rush hour traffic and a ton of snow the night before. These guys pulled up behind me as I assessed the situation. I found the problem and would be able to fix but needed a specific tool for VW. These guys towed to a parts store parking lot free of charge when I expressed how broke I was.It was more important that my passenger and I remained safe then making a few bucks! Outstanding Service! Veered off the side of the road deep into a snowbank. Called these guys up, prompt answer in a few minutes. Sent someone out quick to get me out. Payment was up front and fair, no hidden fees or surprises. Really recommend

Stopped in on my way home from work to ask about a part I needed. Lisa was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and not hard on the eyes. Haha She found what I needed, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Have never had that anywhere else. Keep up the great service. I will be returning and recommending this place to everyone I know.

Late one Saturday night, my car suddenly stopped. I called a 1st company and he didn't have the right truck, then a 2nd company, I had a problem with my card, and without waiting he left. I search on google, I find another company that stays open even at night, the driver arrives 30 minutes later, and it's MNK towing and recovery services. An exceptional guy, he tries to find the fault and quickly finds that it is the battery that can no longer charge. Tow my car and promise to come back the next day to check exactly. Sunday he came back and first boosted my battery, but it was so flat that it couldn't start the car. He gives me his backup battery for a nominal fee. Having what I was going to spend on the first two, I paid half with MNK. They don't put money first like the others, they consider people in difficulty first, really they are the best ever.
