I did my 1st curbside shop a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the service!!! I had to call with several questions regarding how it all worked and they were extremely helpful and friendly. We even got a nice note and a treat thanking us for joiningSecond time was even better!!! I requested no substitutions, but they were out of the chicken I ordered and my shopper (Sheryl) called because she thought this might have been our dinner that evening. Which it was! I was delighted at her thoughtfulness. The service has been above and beyondHaving compromised people living in our home we are grateful Save-Onis offering this service during the pandemic.Thank you very much to everyone who is part of the team at the Salmon Arm Save On!

Parking lot can be a bit tricky as vehicles zoom around in all directions. Store layout is fairy standard so it fairly easy to find the things your looking for. Good prices and the price match other stores. Some area were a bit dirty and needed cleaning. Overall still a really good grocery store.

Fresh produce and bakery - pharmacy outlet. Great shaded area to park just off to one side of mall parking lot. Come here all the time when we're vacationing out at the Lake, to stick up on supplies

Save-On is so reliable and this location is no different. Clean, organized, good service. We are travelling and picked up several items from the deli. Self check out was busy yet quick. Food items were great too.

Today I received my first delivery, the delivery driver was on time, friendly , and delivered my bags right to my door. He also checked with me that my substitute on my sprouts was okay and let me know if not, then he would return it. The online website was easy to use and had multiple open time slots for delivery; an added bonus, first delivery fee is free. Future delivery fee is responsibly priced. I will use this service again as needed.

Everyone who works at Save On Foods are very polite & helpful when you have questions or looking for something you can't find. The produce & desserts look Fantastic, Awesome $1.49 one day Sales. Over All a Great place to shop & Find Great Deals .

Shop here a lot. Today first time bought two diffrent premade chinese food dinners. Can honestly say its worst chinese food ever had in my life. Pork and Beef was though could not chew it into smaller peices, noddles like rubber, small portions, over priced very poor quality
