I could write a lengthy, summary, and showers of praise, but I feel the experience I have had, a fewer words would best sum up the experience I have had; They are Effective, and Transformative, and I will recommend this experience for everyone!

My session with Sarah was extremely powerful, she was able to locate attachments that I was holding onto in my lungs. Control breath is always something I really struggled with. I will develop a lot of anxiety and nervousness as soon as I tried to control my breath in activities, such as yoga and meditation, etc..! Sarah was able to identify the attachment that was being held and created tips for acknowledging its presence, thanking the attachment for protecting me. And then finally learning to release this attachment. Once and for all. Sarah had also provided an affirmation to continue to focus my attention on moving this attachment being held in my lungs. This was just one item that really assisted me in my journey forward. Sarah provided a safe space for me to be able to open up without fear of judgment. Sarah was also able to connect to a friend of mine that have passed away and provide a message from her of encouragement to move forward, and release the guilt I had surrounding her passing. I would highly recommend Sarah for your spiritual development. If you’re looking to connect with my individuals that I pass on, or dealing with attachments that you don’t necessarily know are there, she has a very strong and profound way of getting to the root cause and helping to release these emotional imbalances!Jackie
