Price was right, hills are nice, it's not Colorado, but everyone had a great time

It's a hidden gem! Perfect for family outings! Great friendly staff and very accommodating - by phone or in person. First visited in 2013 during the holidays season and been going ever since and made it a Family tradition!

Had a great time last Saturday. Conditions were perfect and hardly any lines. It's not the biggest hill, but the bowl shape is pretty unique for Ontario and the variety has something for everyone. I especially like the slower hills winding through the trees. Very scenic and enjoyable. The chalet was nice too, food was decentand fairly priced. Staff were all very friendly.

Found this gem up in north with great design trails.Very beautiful and quality of snow is great.They have many lift and slope to choose from according to the skill level.This place is must visit for your upcoming trip.

Came here this morning. Rental staff were very helpful. It's a bit chaotic and a very small space where you pick up equipment. A lot of people have no awareness of who is around them and act like they are in their living room.I know mechanical issues can happen, but when we arrived there were 2 chair lifts working plus the tow up the bunny hill.Soon after one broke down then everyone used the other lift for the two runs they had open. Then that one broke down leaving the tow rope. I think most people called it a day after that.I was disappointed but at least they refunded our lift tickets and rentals.It would have been nice to try some other runs but oh well.Another annoying thing is if there is a person with a ski instructor they get to skip the line, one skip is fine, but when a line goes in front of you that's pretty stupid.You are also looked at by some as second class if you have a day lift ticket compared to season lift ticket. It seems kids with these passes feel entitled and saw many just cut into the middle of the line. One little brat looked me up and down like I was garbage after he just cut in front of me. Likely an attitude fostered by the parents.Note for larger people with big calves. You are taking a risk if you plan to rent equipment. They could barely find boots that would fit me and even then they were super tight and very uncomfortable. These large tree trunks have boot imprints below the knee now. I know that's my fault but it's something to keep in mind to avoid disappointment.

Had a great vacation here over March Break. The restaurant was yummy. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. The rooms were clean and ours was quite spacious. The pool is small but adequate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's a great location for getting to outdoor outings and also visiting Huntsville attractions. I would stay here again.

Decent resort for its small size and friendly folks, but I didn't like the noise from the snow excavating equipment they were using in the terrain park staring about 2:30 p.m. The sound of the engine and the nearly constant beeping made it seem more like a construction site than a ski resort. I would think this could be done after hours or before the resort opened in the morning.

This place is good for beginners, since the runs arent too big. For more advanced skiers it could get a little boring. The hill is quite small, and when I went there was only one lift open. Staff were friendly though! There’s many nice resorts nearby and lots of other things to do in the area besides skiing.

I had a blast at Hidden Valley. The staff were very kind and courteous. They have a variety of green, blue and black hills for you to ski on. The great thing when we were there, the day was gorgeous and it wasn’t too crowded. Which meant short lines for the lifts.The next time I’m in Huntsville, I’ll be sure to check them out. The place can be a little tricky to find, so just have a little patience if you’re going there for the first time.

I love Hidden Valley. It’s where I’ve learned to ski and I am so happy each time I visit. I visited over reading break this year in February and it was amazing. I love the design — the lodge where you can sit and enjoy refreshments while watching the hill. The speedy lifts and intuitive planning. They also play fantastic music. When I visited I had forgotten to book rentals and was crestfallen after discovering that there were no rentals available that day. Fortunately, thanks to Chrissy and Jen I was able to have my day on the hill, and I even got to take a lesson too. Employees go above and beyond here, and it shows. Thank you for all the fantastic experiences and dutiful service to your customers. You have a loyal and enthusiastic customer here, I am counting the days until next season. Thank you!
