Let’s break down all of the reasons these deceitful crooks don’t deserve your business1) their website is consistently down, and when you do get it to work, after you place your order, expect an associate to contact you letting you know that the items you want are not in stock; Miami beauty stocks their site with great inventory but it seems that’s all for show, seeing as things that claim to be in stock online are in fact not available at all.2) if you do decide to order whatever they DO have in stock, don’t expect them to remember to actually deliver it to you, they have a local “same day” policy but that doesn’t seem to be the case.3) if you want a refund like I did, expect them to not give it to you! Lying about refunding customers their money and then not answering their messages, declining their refund requests… they’re disgusting honestly.You can go in store if you’d like to see what they actually have, but the lacklustre, dry customer service won’t make for an enjoyable shopping experience.Here’s my suggestion: check out Hera Beauty on bank street, it’s pretty close to Miami beauty, similar prices, great selection, and AMAZING service.

Got my package within 1 hour of ordering it , been going here for over a year and prices are always good. Customer service is great and since Covid , I have still received my packages very quickly. Thank you for doing around town delivery, very appreciative when stores are not open. Would highly recommend, especially if you’re in the Ottawa area.

I have been buying expensive real hair extensions for 8 years, and no one ever lied about their return policy. I asked the store manager if I would be able to return the hair extensions if I dans not open anything. He told me ”We do not accept any return for hair. Once you get out of the store with the hair, it’s final sale”. EVERY hair store has a return policy. Turns out the actual return policy is on the website and it does allows 7 days to return the hair… does that person think the clients are stupid ??

I went in for eyebrow threading (~$15). The person was very professional and did a good job. Try to go when they're not busy, otherwise you may have to wait a few minutes.

Shopped at this store online today during COVID-19 physical distancing. Easy to use website. WELL STOCKED; 95% of supplies I needed was available - even though other stores were out-of-stock. Excellent remote client services, messaging me by WhatsApp! Very very fast 24 HR DELIVERY! A couple of the items I wanted were not online, but after a quick message to them they found the items in their store & sent it with my order. Yes, all with same day delivery and reasonable pricing. They're BETTER THAN AMAZON, and now I can 'shop with confidence locally' during the pandemic. They've just earned a new long-term product customer.I can't wait to see more hair accessories/tools on their site. I will checkout their professional services in the future and post my review.

Amazing delivery experience especially during this period (COVID-19). I live in Ottawa and I ordered my items at like 10am and received it by 1:30pm on the same day, right to my front door. The website is very easy to navigate and owner is extremely nice and very helpful. 10/10 will definitely recommend

Lovely customer service. This was one of the fastest deliveries I've ever gotten - about 2-3 hours post order confirmation. I was thoroughly impressed that they went all out to provide me with an item I needed, plus I got freebies too! Will definitely be ordering again in future. Keep up the good work!

Unprofessional and sketchy, don’t make online orders with this store unless you’re ok with throwing money away or you want to be ripped off.
