I am not pleased with this business at all.My daughter insists on going there.One time her and my mother went and they were there for 3.5 hours. When I booked I asked if they would be going together and the same time and they insisted that they would. But they did them back to back. And would leave to go work on someone else and return. Almost 4 hours is absolutely unacceptable. Poorly run business.

Amazing quality, kind staff.So far, they nailed all the difficult designs we threw at them. The results were better than the sample pictures. Highly recommend!

Lan is amazing and the staff is generous and kind; however lately the services from staff members are not what they used to be (messy edges, uneven filing, ripping my real nails off…). Again, when my nails are good, they’re great… but it’s hit and miss. Be prepared to spend the afternoon- as it takes quite a while to get your nails done.

Not worth 35$ for shellac nails (they’re supposed to last longer than a week…they don’t)Now, I’m not here to upset anyone, I don’t get my nails done too often, so I’m just here to share my opinion.The gentleman who was caring for my nails had really bad nails himself.(How do I say this without upsetting anyone..)It’s a stereotypical nail salon, with Asians. Meaning they don’t speak English. The gentleman who was doing my nails did not speak English or anyone else working with him, and had poor hygiene. It made me feel awful. Like I should be doing his nails, or helping them in a way.Did not feel comfortable for the staff nor the customers.

An amazing nail salon and spa! The lady who served me paid such attention to detail and was so cheerful and sweet. There are other salons that charge the same or more but don’t provide as exceptional service. Will be my new spot!

These girls don’t speak English at all. I went with my mom and they couldn’t understand us what we wanted or even the colours we wanted… so they did their best but wasn’t what we wanted at all… it wasn’t my first time there and every time I leave this place with a sour feeling.
