Yes, I didn't look at your website, but I did ask you whether I may perform the X-ray and the blood test on your property, just where I'll be performing the immigration medical examination for my friend. You encouraged me to schedule an appointment with you and that you were the best choice after I double-checked this with you and indicated that I'm looking for a medical centre where I can perform all the tests in one location. I came here today for a medical checkup fir my friend and he received a recommendation to complete bloodwork and X-ray. You surprised me when you provided him with a list of various clinics across the city where he can go to finish the medical test. The closest place is located 7 kilometres from your centre.I called to convey my dissatisfaction, and you answered the phone and before speaking with you you said, Hold on”. Then
