The lab techs are generally nice but unfortunately had a bad experience here this time. I had to return 4 times just for one requisition that was not done properly. They asked me to come in for a recall and even the recall was not did not have the correct tests done. If asking me to come back over and over from their errors they should at least put me in priority and not have to wait for an hour in line.

I have used a number of life labs over the years. This location ranks the best with its pleasant staff! Even on the busiest Friday (December 30th, 2022) Maria delivered one of the best and accommodating experiences! Maria's bright smile and her patience will make even the dullest of patients leave with a smile on their face. She was patient with my small collapsing veins and made the whole process seamless and pleasant!

Bad location, I've never had a problem at the Highway 7 location and this was the first and last time I will come to this one, which happens to be a bit closer to me.I had a pre-booked appointment and very clearly indicated that to the front desk when I came in. She still told me it would be an hour wait.It turns out she accidentally(?) placed me in the walk-in line list instead of the appointments list, and over an hour later I was still waiting. I was patient until that point because it was busy, and what I was told when I arrived. But after I heard someone with an appointment time way after mine get called, I asked the front desk why I wasn't called yet. Then the desk realized their mistake.I get mistakes, but what really led me to write a poor review was the blood technician telling me I should have spoken up". Speak up to who? What exactly is the secretary's job? Should I be That Guy and start making demands after 10 minutes because my time is that much more important than everyone else's? I exercised patience

Terrible, everyone having long weekend holiday on Monday but you guys decided to start early from Saturday without updating on google maps!! We were 6 people who came early morning on weekend to read your notice pasted on glass door stating “We are closed”. Monopoly is killing and hurting people in Canada big times and you people really don’t care. Pathetic!

This place deserves all your appreciation. Polite and respectful staff. All 5 stars are for the extra effort which they put to provide good costumer service.

We went there on June 2rd, my wife and I did a blood test there, one week later my wife received a call by saying one test result was missing so she had to go back and do another blood test. today which is June 15th I got a call from lifelab and that guy was saying one of my test result was missing as well so I had to go back again, couple mins later my wife received another call, same person and he was saying one of my wife's result was missing agin and she had to go back again for the 3rd time!!! that guy also said if we chose to not go back and do a new test then our family doctor would not be able to receive our results, the interesting thing is yesterday our family doctor already called us and said she has received the reports from life labs and would like to book our appt with us. It's been 2 week already since we firsty came to lifelabs on June 2 and we still have not received the report correctly. Idk whether the mistake was made from this location or the back office ppl who test those samples. it's definately an unpleasant experience!

I recently visited LifeLab for some blood work and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the facility was clean and organized. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the whole process was very efficient. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit to LifeLabs and would definitely recommend their services to others.

Definitely make an APPOINTMENT prior to arriving especially on weekends. It can get very busy and your definitely better off waiting 15 minutes vs 2.5 hours. The staff is very pleasant and they do handle pressure and adversity very well. The patients were becoming irritated because of wait times but the staff was very professional and handled every situation with every patient individually very well.

The Lab is conveniently located , but a nightmare to get through on the Toll free number listed on the web site.. easier to drive back 20 mins to the Lab to give the information than call.. horrible and wasting time.

I was treated like a king. All staff are professionals and courteous especially Maria whom treated me with respect and best care. I recommend this location very highly.
