My experience at this store is nothing to write home about.The staff lacks good communication skills overall, and not transparent with their dealings with customers.I bought an item at this store and I was NEVER told they don’t do cash refunds, when I later returned the item, they said I will only get store credit, I was dismayed to hear this.The fact that you want your items sold, you also have to notify customers before they pay for a merchandise, by so doing you’ve done well.Lusso clothing is the worse store I ever patronized.I WILL NEVER recommend this store!
