This car wash is in a great location with good potential. Unfortunately it’s not maintained as well as it could be.When using any of the rinse settings in any wash stall (including spot free rinse) you still get a little bit of soap coming out. When I asked staff about it I was told to rinse with clear coat protectant which doesn’t make the results any better. That has been an ongoing problem for a long time now.Mildew on the walls that easily comes off with the wash gun, which shouldn’t be a problem at a place with 10 pressure washers?They have fire hoses in some bays which in my experience at other wash bays are great for rinsing or blasting mud off of vehicles. Despite them being placed within multiple stalls in such a way that looks like they’re meant to be used, I was informed while using one that they are not for customer use. The explanation I got was that they’re there for fighting fires and not for customers, apparently the water is too expensive through the fire hose. I was spoke to as if I should’ve known that despite no signage or anything discouraging their use.Overall I want to love this place but it’s not taken care of properly.

First car wash I’ve been to that won’t let you use interac / credit card to get change or tokens. Its “against the managers policy”.The option is to put the customer on a pre loaded timed charge card @ $1.10 per minute. Great for the owner of the business but, why should I be charged money while I’m emptying garbage or pulling the mats out to hang up before I wash them?

Don't trust their machines!Was unable to pay with coins as the machine was marked no coins" so I swiped my card. Shut the machine down after a quick wash that should have been no more than a few dollars as I was in and out of the car wash in under 10 minutes. I wasn't able to get a reading on the meter before it reset itself and couldn't find a machine to print a receipt. Apparently it kept running until $24 was charged to my card. I'll use a car wash that doesn't rip me off next time!"

We were in a bit of a bind, trying to get a car delivered to someone after hours of driving from BC, in winter road conditions that left the car covered and frozen with road grime. After finding so many bay-style car washes closed due to the Family Day holiday, we were so glad to find Superior Car Wash open. We were also very grateful for the kind and helpful service and the willingness to accommodate us as we navigated our oversized set up into a wash bay just in time to get the wash done and the car delivered. Thank you, Superior Car Wash! You helped to make our trek to Blackfalds positive and memorable!

I would have given it 5 stars but there not always on top with making sure there is enough soap in the lines for washing your vehicle, but to be fair I have never asked them to fix it while I'm there as I am usually in a hurry.It's kept clean, they need to start doing some maintenance as not all things run smoothly, hopefully with covid restrictions done with they will begin to do so.There is a on site store with many items you may want to complete your cleaning

Have used this car wash frequently, usually don’t have any issues. Today I scrubbed my entire vehicle (aggressively), only to still have dirt marks that I could easily wipe off with my finger all over my vehicle. I showed the employee who was working how easily the dirt wiped off with my finger, but not their brush and he didn’t care at all. I quote “I don’t know what you want me to do” …. I told him the soap clearly isn’t coming out properly or is way over diluted. Shrugged it off and didn’t do anything to rectify. Won’t be back.

Very clean. The equipment worked great. Friendly service.

Great car wash. Always go in and start a card. If you don’t like the ore authorization then go in. They always ask how everything worked.

Nice car wash. Some pump features don't work in every bay and I find the gun pressure to be a bit low.

$40 for a quick vacuum and a good scrub down on a small SUV. Good pressure at wands. Vacuum sucks in the wrong way. It couldn't pick up a small pebble when vacuuming. Lighting could definitely be improved.
