My doctor retired and I was directed to Records Management Ltd, and I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional service they provided. They even passed on to my retired doctor a personal note, which I had not have the chance to do prior to retirement. Friendly staff was not only incredibly pleasant to work with, but was also very patient and understanding. She took the time to walk me through the process of getting my medical records and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. Their patience and kindness were greatly appreciated, and I am thrilled to say that with their help, I will be receiving my medical records soon, as I have an appointment with my new doctor.

On March 1, 2023 I had the pleasure of working with Tracey Singh from Records Management Ltd, 1 High Meadow Place Unit 13 Toronto On M9L 0A3. I received exceptional service and advice on how to carry out my transaction with this company. My last consultation with my doctor was on February 28th, Tracey contacted me the next day. Her instructions were clear and required no questions. When I said I needed to e-mail my documents to the company, she checked for me and said that USB's had been used recently with the same Doctor. She also advised me how to sign and deliver my release forms without leaving the warmth of my home.
