Poor service. Parkland was contracted by Samsung to repair a washer after a recent recall. On the day that the repair was to occur, the repairman called to advise he wouldn't be able to attend and would have to reschedule. We agreed on a date. I waited for several hours after the repairman didn't show up for my second scheduled repair time before calling only to be told, I don't fix washing machines". He quickly recanted and said that he had been let go by Samsung and that they should be contacting me to reschedule with someone else.This is two afternoons now that I have wasted waiting for this repair

Polite prompt service was able to repair on the first service call in my home Made it easy for me being a senior I always worry

I just spoke on the phone to a wonderful person! I was calling about a refridgerator repair (which they do not do), but the service guy I was talking to took the time to look up a name of someone who he could recommend that does fix them. I so appreciate someone taking the time to help - even in the middle of their busy day when it doesn't benefit them at all! Thanks so much, that is real customer service at its best!

Service was prompt. I was happy with the cost of the fix, would happily go again! 10/10 recommend.
