Had 2 sets of shower doors and a tub enclosure installed by Koski Glass - all custom, excellent quality and exceptional installation. Mike has great design ideas and is very accommodating. Cost and timing were very reasonable. Shop local Miltonians - we have exceptional service providers and retailers.

Absolutely terrible costumer service. Poor communication, poor quality in the product delivered, measurements were completely off, total waste of time. Will never use again or recommend to anyone. I went to pay my bill with debit, they had a poor dial-up (yes, I said dial up!) connection, funds went through on my end, they couldn't receive the funds so they were returned to my account. And they still wanted me to come back and pay for a piece of glass a they screwed up.

Great Business, Friendly staff. Ned glass for my dining table. They advised me how to measure the corners, and even with just a rough sketch were able to match the corner perfectly. Good prices too. Highly recommend them.

My 4 year old ran full speed into my 8 ft sliding door screen. Dropped it off last Friday to Koski. Received a call today that its ready - 2 days ahead of schedule!Fair price and seem like great guys over there. Better than DIYing it. Will update review once I pick up...

Koski Glass is a very honourable and respectable company.I put down an initial deposit of $100- for a replacement of acracked window and on the next day I got notice from the builder'swindow guy that they will replace the window for me free.Koski Glass refunded the deposit to me with no questions.They could have kept my deposit since they came on site tocheck and took measurements. Their staff is courteous and polite.I admire the way the do business and they should be complementedon the way they handle my case. Two thumbs up.

Purchased new windows for the upper floor of our home. I called Koski based on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm glad I did. The sales rep was friendly, the installation team was great, and I'm very happy with the final product.Koski was on the lower end of our competitive quotes.One story about attention to detail - at the end of day one they decided they were going to pull out one of the windows and redo the installation. Apparently it was a bit off-center, which I didn't even notice. I'm glad they did, and glad that they care enough about the quality of their work to address it without being asked. Gives me confidence that the whole job was done with attention to detail.

I snapped my motorcycle mirrors while I was repairing the LED circuit board and wiring. Koski Glass was great and prompt at getting me new mirrors and some proper adhesive to do the trick. Always a pleasure dealing with this company.
