I was in the area and craved Korean food.I was expecting more tradition interior design but it was just a plain restaurant. Food was not bad.Service was great. Very friendly and attentive workers!Refilled" banchan(sidedish) even before we asked.Would go back when I am in the neighbourhood."

Delicious traditional Korean food. Very popular so a small wait is normal. Service is fast and friendly but your meal is never rushed. The cold noodles are super refreshing on a hot summer day. Soon tofu was beautifully seasoned with seafood and silky smooth tofu. Every dish is delicious and generous quantities of both main dishes and banchan.

Went as a group of two on a Friday evening and waited 40 minutes to be called into the restaurant. There is a waiting list that you need to fill out once you arrive. Probably wouldn’t return during a busy time, but we appreciated the quick service. Food was ordered and at our table within 10 mins- we ordered naengmyun and seafood soontofu (imo better than BCD).

Spacious spot with table seating in the form of booths. The pork bone soup was excellent, probably one of the most flavorful ones I've ever tried. Of course, we also had to try the cold noodles, so we got one to share and it was quite good. The staff was kind and very prompt.

Best Naengmyeon I ever had in Toronto! It’s a lit bit spicy, but the slushy broth helps to cool your mouth right away.Service was quick and nice.(The side dishes are only refillable for once only.)Will definitely come back!

Korean value meal with good service. Wait times can be pretty long on the weekends as they are known as the top Korean hot spots on blogto. The food is decent and portions are good. Had the steam dumplings, pretty average similar to what u would expect with a home cooked meal. The side dishes are good and pack a good spice in the kim chi. Service is good and can feel some resemblance of how it would be in South Korea.

Luckily, I only waited about 30 mins on an early Thursday evening. The waitlist quickly got longer, shortly after I was able to put my name down. Service was quick and friendly, everyone works very efficiently. The Mool Naengmyum ($16.95) was pretty great and refreshing, much needed for a hot summer day. I can see why it's so popular! I made the mistake of declining the offer for my noodles to be cut before eating. Should've accepted because the arrowroot noodles are very long, elastic and chewy! Also, the Bulgogi Jeongsik ($26.95) was sweet, savoury and yummy. It's pricey but delicious and flavourful. I like that it didn't come with a lot of fillers.

I have visited this restaurant several years ago. It was recommended to me by my Korean friend who told me that her family only comes here to eat if they have a craving for Korean food in a restaurant setting. The place is busy period. Lineups are very common even at 3:00PM on a weekend. So packed your patience and you will be fine because reservations are not allowed and it is a first come first served. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Even though the restaurant is packed, my party never felt rushed. Here is what we ordered:1) Mandoo Dumplings steamed2) Soondae sausages3) Kimchi Jjim ( Pork Belly )4) Haemool Soon Tofu5) Gamja Tang ( Pork Bone Soup )6) Yangpoon Bibimbap7) Chicken Katsu8) Mool Naengmyun ( Cold Noodles )I love simple rustic dishes done right !!! The flavours for each dish was prepared expertly and they were all delicious. And the flavour points were all there. The portions were generous, especially the Donkatsu dishes...they were HUGE !!!This is worth driving in from Stouffville to enjoy and savour good home made Korean food.Happy Eats everyone :-)

Had a really good lunch experience here on my birthday. The staff were accommodating and gave us all the utensils and take out containers we needed. One of us has a shellfish allergy and the staff made sure to let us know which of the many banchan dishes did not contain shellfish. The food was tasty and the portion sizes are huge. My tofu soup had fresh octopus in it, which is a rare find! I will definitely revisit!

Finally got to try out this place. Waited more than half an hour to get a seat. Cold noodles were great! Fried dumplings are crispy. Service is not bad.
