I built a custom PC using an online guide to during the pandemic, but it never quite worked the way that I wanted. When it got so bad that it was constantly crashing, I decided to bite the bullet and have the professionals take a look.From the first minute I walked in the shop, I knew that I was good hands. The shop is clean, the staff are respectful and kind, and they were quick to offer their assistance. In less than 48 hours, they had diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and got it back to me. Arbor Computers was able to replace the motherboard on my gaming laptop for less than half the cost of a new one. They never made me feel like I was bothering them when I asked for updates, all of the people I dealt with were professional and polite. My computer went from a paperweight to being fully functional once again. Cannot recommend them enough.

I bought a new computer a while ago from another company, needing a new one and also wanting to upgrade so I could play some games my old PC couldn't handle. I've had numerous issues with it from a failed graphics card to Blue Screen of Death, so much so that I have barely been able to game on it, and I finally tired of the other companies service desk and trying to fix it on my own, so in to Arbor Computers I took it.They quickly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired it and now I have a fully functioning PC that I'm looking forward to getting some gaming in on. I know if I have any issues I can take it back to Arbor Computers and if I need an upgrade or even a new one (hopefully not for a while!), they will be the company I will turn to.

Wow, absolutely awesome experience! I’m a tough customer who rarely issues a 5 star rating but this business earns them. We purchased a computer tower built to our specifications. The service was kind and compassionate with fair and honest pricing.

Had a malfunctioning CPU in my custom PC. Arbor Computers quickly diagnosed the problem and eventually helped install a replacement cpu. Everything was quick and simple, no complaints. They have a nice facility and the same can be said for their employees. Moin is a good owner and business-man. My PC now runs better than ever before. If I ever have computer troubles again, I will be back.
