my physio was friendly and professional . She helped me to understand the causes of my problem and what I could do to alleviate the pain. I was shown exercises which fit perfectly into my daily routine and which were targeted the problem, so I have no hesitation to recommend Opal Physio Clinic to all my friends and families. TUESDAY AUGUST 23rd 2022I just wanted to say thanks to Cynthia for all her care. Cynthia is a very thorough and skilled physiotherapist. Her diagnosis is perfect and so is her treatment.Cynthia is seriously my hero. She is the first physiotherapist I have been to that has a hands on approach and actually makes a plan on how to best achieve the things you want to do! She doesn't just slap a TENS machine on you for 30 minutes - she stretches your body and gives you movements and helps you form better routines for moving your body and recovering your strength. You can instantly tell that she loves what she does. Everyone at Opal has been so immensely friendly and they genuinely care about you. I had a very bad car approximately 3 years ago. Some young person who had no car insurance went through a red light. I ended up with broken collar bone, a concussion and could not sleep on my bed for 3 months.i had a sling hold my arm up while I sat in my lazy boy. It was terrible pain constantly and had a care aide bath me as I was not able to do even my own cooking and cleaning.I had gone previously to a local physio therapist years prior and didst want to go there again, namely I felt they were not very Thorough. And treated me like a number. So with the severity of my accident I needed someone who would give me the one on one quality time that I needed. So I honestly prayed for someone who would take care me, and who did I get yours truly Opal.I don't get paid not am I a relative. But I have believed that my prayers were answered.And I know I would NEVER in my own experience would have not got better as I have.10 out of 10. I am so grateful that quality time and tender affection and care was given to me.and there were times I wanted to give up because i was so depressed but was encouraged not to give up..so because of Opal care I highly recommend that you go here. It's not close to were I live, but its worth travelling the distance. You won't be disappointed:)

I am a trades person and I have seen Cynthia before for my sprained foot which I have recovered completey.This time I saw her for my severe back pain, after going through 3 physio therapy sessions I started to see great improvement and now I can manage my work and life routines with no pain or very little. After a workplace injury, it was recommended that I see a physiotherapist to assist in the healing of my fracture. I read the reviews of Opal Physiotherapy and made an appointment.Akashdeep worked with me for six weeks with easy to follow in office exercises that I was able to recreate at home. Our twice weekly appointments were focused on regaining strength and mobility, and I am incredibly pleased with the results. Akashdeep and the other staff at Opal are an incredible team and I highly recommend them to anyone needing support after an injury.

I saw Cynthia in 2020 for a tailbone injury and pelvic floor physiotherapy after delivery of my first baby. She is a miracle worker and very respectful, caring and knowledgable. She finds the root cause not just the surface pain.I just finished seeing her again after my second birth (2022-2023). I initially went to a different (closer to home) pelvic physiotherapy office and switched back to Opal Physiotherapy because they know what they are doing and really have helped me get back my confidence in physical activity and overall quality of life. I had bi lateral knee replacement 6 weeks ago. Cynthia is magic. Every week we work on new stretches and mobility exercises. It is so important for her to see you progress. She will definitely push you but is gentle at the same time. I always left with less pain than I came in with. In 6 weeks I walk solo, cycle, ROM on each knee is 105-110. I got rid of all aids at 4 weeks.Juliana, her receptionist was warm and welcoming from the first day. She is so organized and goes out of her way to juggle appointments around my schedule. Opal has a great team and I’m so happy with my progress.

Cynthia and her team are very professional and caring. Cynthia is very knowledgeable in her field and takes pride in her work.She creates recovery plans that caters to each individual rather than just throwing generic exercises at you.I would also like to point out her amazing front staff, Juliana and Emmanuel who provide excellent customer service with a smile!The trio will be there every step of the way to make sure you are making an efficient recovery. I am glad this was the physiotherapist I was recommended and I would definitely recommend it to anybody else.

I wish I made an appointment to see the Physiotherapist Cynthia sooner. Opal Physiotherapy and Health Clinic is a great place. They provide an environment that is welcoming and they take the time to work with each individual clients needs. They have a variety of times that make it more optional for booking. Cynthia, is a very kind lady that is very personable and quick to assess and educate me with exercises and stretches. She is flexible as I came in to my appointment waiting for a root canal. She gave me the most amazing and beneficial head, neck and shoulder muscle relief. It eased my pain drastically and I was able to findcomfort. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and great staff.
