The Training Den
I really like it here! It’s very inclusive and welcoming! The classes are super flexible as you book them individually making it easy for shift workers and students! This place was really great even if you have social anxiety due to the environment being welcoming and respectful.

JEZ is a thoughtful, professional trainer, who is flexible with prescribed training regimens. He adapts quite quickly to needs, and is well suited to helping older adults get into or stay in shape.

Jez is personable & knowledgeable. He provides individualized approaches to exercising based on your ability without any judgement...glad I heard about the Training Den!!
