Very nice packages----best I could find for Fine Chocolates that were beautiful and affordable. Extremely professional and friendly staff. They don't always get the details exactly right BUT they always fix the problem and make things right. I recommend this company highly! Thank you.

What a pleasure it has been to make my first purchase from Chocolat Chocolat! They are everything you want in a supplier. First of all they had the Chocolate World moulds I was looking for (which I couldn't find from the original vendor). The people who developed the ordering system have made it very easy to find what I need because I could search for each mould by the product number stamped on the mould which made finding the right ones a breeze. I already had one of each and I needed two more of each. The first-rate team automatically requested the Fedex email option to send me email updates on the delivery status. How nice to have a supplier that goes the extra step for the customer. I have to admit this is the first time ever that a supplier has done this for me. I can see that someone in this company has really thought through what the customer needs and wants. How refreshing is that? They are 100% customer-focused. The website is beautiful and easy to use. Their people covering the phone are friendly, respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The moulds arrived very quickly. They were beautifully packaged with care and attention to detail. They had even been put in clear holiday-theme sleeves, protecting them and attractively presenting them at the same time. These beautiful moulds will be making my beautiful chocolate (well, okay, I have to help a little :). The pride and care for the product and customer are obvious. There is a synergy in this company that is not an accident--rather it is a well run, beautifully orchestrated enterprise delivering in every aspect of customer fulfillment. I ordered for the first time with this wholesaler and spent a few hundred dollars on a couple of molds and chocolate, but to find out one of the molds I ordered was cheaply made. no way near the quality of the other brand been a chocolate world" made in Belgium. I done some research on this cheaply made mold as this mold had no branding etc only a few numbers and found it to be made in china.TOTALLY Disappointed and to sum it up.- Chinese molds are much lighter

I own a successful online chocolate business in Colorado. This company has good products for the chocolatier. However, they post inaccurate measurements for their chocolate molds. When I ordered foils that matched the size of the molds I bought, the foil size was too small. I called them to tell them that the size of the molds they provided on their website was wrong and forced me to order the wrong sized foils from their website. The first call I received was from one of the owners who told me that she would send me the right sized foils in replacement, due to their inaccurate information on their website. As I ordered $250.00 from this company and planned on ordering more, I was happy that I was promised this. Then I received a call today from a different owner telling me that she was unable to charge my card. (This was due to international safety features on my account). When I explained to her that I was told these foils were being sent to me for free in replacement of the wrong foils I ordered because their website was wrong... The owner told me they are not free." First of all, I'm not one to write reviews; this is my second one ever. I could not leave Canada without recognizing this business;I can't say enough good things about this place! I'm new to this chocolatier thing and the selection of molds, transfer sheets and cocoa butter is astounding. Furthermore, I showed up 15 minutes before closing because it took forever to cross the border yet the owner told me to take my time, she will stay open as long as I want. I didn't catch her name, but Merci! She was very patient with me, answered all of my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. I can't wait to go home and try out my new toys!

I have been a customer for 5 years, and recommend Chocolat-Chocolat highly! Their staff is knowledgeable and efficient, they stock only the best chocolate moulds and supplies, and their online ordering system is quick and effortless. When I’m able to go in person, it’s my version of Disneyland!! I love wandering through the massive warehouse and dreaming up my next big project. First , lets be clear, their target is not general public but businesses. I passed an order online for a few molds and had to use the pickup option has the shipping charge was quite high. I met with Lorraine there to pick up my order and they were missing a mold , she did offer replacement but it wasn't what I was looking for. Even if I`m not a shop she did take a few minutes to give me some advice. Dont expect a stellar customer service, but they have ALOT of choices .

I own a chocolate shop and make frequent online or by phone purchases from Chocolat Chocolat. Super helpful staff, very fast shipping, and a huge range of excellent products. When in Montreal I also make a point of visiting the shop which has a treasure trove of great molds and packaging.

I strongly recommend this company. I will say I recommend calling them or going there in person. While they do sell things online their in person service and knowledge is where they shine.
