This is predatory lending.Rebates will never be applied, the principle will go up. They will send misleading documents. We have used Silverchef for our restaurant & food truck business 3 times, they have been great to work with. Reasonable weekly rental fees, the equipment has so far been great, customer service was fast and friendly! We needed a commercial oven badly to keep up with demand and without Silverchef we would never have got the funding together to purchase it outright and that oven has become the centre of our business. I recommend Silverchef to my small business friends a lot.- Selkie's Neighbourhood Diner, over here in Cape Breton.

Have to say that SilverChef made my purchase and paperwork very easy. Once approved, which only took an hour or so, everything was fast and professional. No pressure to purchase more that what I needed and had constant communication to complete the deal. Within 1 month of my purchases my sales have went up 25%, can't wait to get more equipment for this Summer. Sizzle Stick Restaurant will forever be thankful to these guys. Great company. They agreed to take back my refrigerator kept at next door cafe in dundas square, and replace it with a smaller model. However, they kept $500, which was the difference in the machines that should've been returned to me. Now they want to charge me another $61 for transportation. Amazing.

Great experience and great team.Just be wary of returning heavy equipment that you do not intend to buy out or continue to rent (or if you trade up) if you are in Quebec as it ships to Ontario.Shipping for said equipment can reach the thousands, not including the cleaning (which is subtracted from deposit).That being said, the team is very responsive and willing to work out the best possible solution for you so that everyone is satisfied.
