The staff was really friendly and helpful. This was the first time I went to get my car serviced and got someone to help out so quickly.Shout-out to the guy that didn't charge me for fixing the coolant sensor issue I had!

Great customer service James, excellent suggestions by James who helped me with deciding my Tire burst. Gone extra mile to check all tires. My always go to place. James, you are great !!! To save the time, and money, I would suggest this place and this person, James. Thank you.

The service provided was exceptionally friendly. Additionally, there was no attempt to deceive or sell unnecessary items. Cameron's friendliness and honesty were remarkable. This is definitely my go-to place for any car-related requirements.

Worst experience ever. Came to get my tires balanced and then they tried to upcharge me for every lug nut THEY broke. If you noticed there was an issue, why not address it prior? They were the ones who originally put on the tires so if there's issues with the lug nuts, that's on you guys - not the customer. Customer should not be paying to fix your mistakes. 1 star. Stay away from this place if you want uneducated teenagers working on your vehicle. Lastly, they also started mixing up my tires - I had to ask them to install them properly back onto where they were originally taken. What customer needs to request that? This is common sense.

Very friendly staff. Seemed like they have safety in mind given how busy it can get. I got 4 tires mounted and balanced and it took 2 hours because there was another truck in front of me. Much better than waiting weeks for an appointment elsewhere

I do not recommend this shop. They broke my tire lock key while swapping my tires Thursday before Easter, and when I returned two days later after Easter long holiday because the tires felt unstable and were bouncing around, they told me I had to pay to remove all the locks on the tires. I reminded them that they broke the lock key and should be able check what is going on with the tires they swapped few days ago. The supervisor who attended to me insisted that I had to pay for each lock to be removed. They didn't seem to care and didn't even bother to check if the tires were safe to drive before letting me leave the shop. This was a poor customer service experience.To add to the frustration, I had to wait in the queue for an hour before all of this happened. When I mentioned this to the supervisor, he gave me an I don't care" attitude.""

Worst experience ever!!! I explained the service i wanted and asked 15 times for the price before doing anything. They said $200 plus tax, after starting the service they started they decided to charge $360. A bunch of liars. When i called the manager (Eric) he explained that he will not honour his employees word and said i will not do work for free! As if i asked for free work. AVOID AVOID AVOID they are a bunch of rookies

We had an excellent experience with prompt service. Cameron and Natasha provided excellent service to us.In general, the service was superior and more affordable compared to Kanata Honda, with a minimum of 20% savings.We were highly satisfied with their customer service and have decided to forgo making future appointments with Kanata Honda, where we would have to wait for weeks to get an oil change.

Disappointing experience last night. The technician I had seemed new to the job, but should probably have been shadowed or had a mentor close by. I appreciate needing to learn on the job, but she out the wrong oil in my car, which then had to be drained out and redone, but never came to explain this to me until I asked why it was taking so long. This is pretty upsetting as I just had a brand new engine put in. Then she forgot to give me a new sticker and didn’t reset the oil change light. I asked another employee about the light, but they didn’t know how to do it. Overall service took way longer than it should have.

Staff is super supportive, and efficient. Wait time is almost zero.I’m so impressed with the quality of service, and prices are also competitive.Mr. Lube, you guys are the best in the business, more power to you.
