Being familiar with water treatment and having our own well the filtration system in my mind was a good idea. If you have well water and have a kettle, the proof will be in the pudding, so to speak. We purchased the system. Elijah was great to deal with.

Was very disappointed with the shady approach to testing and selling the product. Seems that people who are in a stressful time of life are vulnerable. Ended up paying for something I really didn't need, after being worn down by sales pitch that lasted way too long. The fellow that was introduced as a trainee should have set off the alarm, when he spoke of his recent trip to Dubai... Also how the elevator in his new condo ( top floor)broke down. And finally, the sales guy, husband of the owner, likely the woman who persistently hounded me to accept the prize"

This is a scam and a complete rip-off!Guy came to my house to present the water purification product. Talk me into it and then convinced me to go on a payment plan. I’m a pensioner and am now paying $140 per month after a down payment of $700. He didn’t have a business card and said he was giving me his bosses direct line. After a mere 4 months, it doesn’t work at all anymore and the tap has leaked for months. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me.Buyer beware!!!!

Very mis leading. Took advantage of my elderly family member. Convinced them to go on a payment plan when she's on a low income budget. She thought the whole house would benefit from the water machine, it was just a tap added to the kitchen sink with a very slow & useless trickle that is not convenient. Called to try & return to cancel the product, no luck. All they're interested in was to get more referrals so they could install more systems. Terrible service. Make this right, post a way she can return this product so she can afford rent & groceries. Only then will I update this review.

Gave a presentation from a binder which was 3 thick. This was suppose to take 30 minutes but I cut the salesman off at 40 minutes. He left in a huff as we asked to many questions"

This company did a fake water test to show my elderly father his water was bad and making him sick. My father has been very sick for the last year and was taken by this scammer sales man and totally fear mongord him with his tests. I phoned the company to talk to someone and was told their salesmen know more about water then I do and in no way do they scare or take advantage of elderly people. But I can see from the reviews here that they do. I will be contacing consumer protection bc, the news and any other outlets to make people aware of the dirty dealings this company does to the people of bc especially the elder community. It is sickening and disgraceful. Any one else who has been scammed by this company or a family member please contact consumer protection bc as they can investigate and help to recoup costs and shut them down.

I like the taste of the filtered water. It is sweeter and taste great:)

A woman called a year ago stating that I had won a draw for some survey. I do recall someone calling and asking questions about my drinking water. I promptly informed her that I buy drinking water. 6am took a bit but I finally got her off the phone. She's been calling me again for the past couple of months wanting me to let someone I don't know come into my home and test the water. I continually inform her that I am not letting anyone in that I don't know. She kept interrupting me and I finally told her not to call again

Guy came to our house stating that he was doing water testing in the area and if i answered a few questions that id be entered into a draw.. he was nice enough so i answered the questions.. our tap water is terrible but we already have a good filtration system.... Then i get a call saying i won a free prize and that if i wanted it someone would come by to drop it off and also do a water sample... the salesmen was nice but why not just be straight and say we sell water filtration systems

Couldn’t agree more with the other comments on here.This is a total scam and super shady.I had a nice older fellow come to my door, asked some questions about our water. He then asked me if I would be interested in entering my name for a $500 draw.I said yea, and guess what?! I got the call that I had won!….but the lady wouldn’t tell me what I had won, only that the “rep” would come by and present me with three options, and do a water test.Well the rep was a sales rep, who wanted to come back when my husband was home, as he ASSUMED I could not make a decision.Once he did his thing, I said, I couldn’t commit because it’s a lot of money and I needed to do my research. The rep did not like this. He then proceeded to give me a “better deal” but I had to make a payment and decide on the spot. Which I did not like at all. He guaranteed me that someone in my household is suffering from acid reflex…. I didn’t know he was a doctor as well.At the end I had to leave and cut his presentation short as I had an appointment. He than said “well before I leave” you get to select your prize…I couldn’t believe he could actually present the gadgets as prizes.My choices:1. A sticker to block my laptop computer camera ( probably from the dollar store)2. A “green” sanitizer - I told him I was fully stocked up in the sanitizer department.3. A flashlight with a Florescent light to see all the germs in my home.What a joke!Stay away from this. Wasted my time and tried to make me feel incompetent.
