Would not recommend. Poor communication. A year wait for restoration to begin and still an unclear plan for the work to be done. Workers responsible to remove damaged contents arrived unprepared for the job. They had to use our tools to take apart large items. Damaged content sat in the driveway for 6 months before being removed. Poor quality work done. Two closet doors installed crooked, the hallway door will not close properly and sticks out at the top. Laminate replaced on the stairs already splitting apart (only done 3 months ago). Missed spots for finishing trim making the completed job look unfinished. I understand there were a lot of claims last year so I was prepared to wait, however waiting that long and having poor work done in the end is not acceptable. The work done looks like it was very rushed so they could move on to the next job. I would have appreciated a little extra time taken in the finishing details. Disappointed.

Avoid. These guys do mediocre work at a really high rate. Better off hiring a local worker with specialization and get the job done right the first time.

Worst company ever. Awful work, liars. Never use them for insurance work. Jesus if there was any way i could worn any homeower and describe what i have gone through in the last few months.

Worst customer service. Dumb Lady at the front desk who tried contacting me seemed like she was least interested to work. Absolute poor communication and customer service. I chose to neglect the business because of her attitude

Not sure about the service, but terrible person at front desk. Didn't proceed with the business.
