I had a squirrel in my house!!!!! Staff called me promptly, gave me advice of what I could do immediately and how to verify it had been successful. So empathetic, knowledgeable and aboveall else helpful. All advice worked so well and soon the problem was solved. Thank you to all your staff - should I need this kindof help again I will be calling you folk. MF
