If you need a yard of soil or more this is a place to go or give them a call because they also deliver. They're great, friendly people and very professional at what they do. You get more than what you pay for. I've been a customer of theirs for several years.

Picked up two yards of soil today. Nice quality and good price. Did not realize they only accepted cash or cheques. Asked if I could leave some Identification and pay an hour later. I was loaded up and on my way. Since I was towing a dump trailer, it would have been a real hassle to go to the nearest gas station to get some cash. Dropped off the trailer , got some cash and went back to settle my debt. I really appreciate Judy's professionalism and customer service. I will refer all my friends to this company. Thank you.

This company needs to work on their customer service. I was explaining on the phone about how full the street parking was at my parent’s home and I was trying to inquire about if it was possible to get the soil in the front of the house on the grass or in the back car park. Whoever was on the phone clearly didn’t have the patience for customer service. I was speaking on behalf of my father, who was at work and didn’t speak English, so I had to make the calls back and forth to my dad and this company. The rude remark made by the person on the phone was “Well, do you want us to drive over the cars to drop off the soil?!” On the second phone call getting back to this company, I got cut off as I was trying to say “bye”. I told my dad to use another company instead.

Great experience getting our soil delivered from Kutny's! Had a nice chat on the phone to get pricing and some good advice on the soil that we needed. Soil is top notch. This is our second time for soil delivery and we will definitely be back for more in the future. Highly recommended!

Had two deliveries two years back for back and front lawn, The back lawn two years later 1200 sq ft has been a disaster, the supposed top soil had more sand than soil and even had ash and stones. The planted lawn seed eventually died and got overridden by wild clover and now has to be totally redone. The front lawn about 250 sq ft, still had lots sand but managed to survive as a half decent lawn. Will never buy top soil from this place again.

I was actually provided excellent customer service. I had to call them 3-4 times as I was timing delivery with a neighbour and the weather. Every time the guy was patient and flexible. The garden soil is excellent. I felt like I wanted to wait a few months to do an accurate review. Well it is extremely fertile. I did feel the need to loosen it with perlite which I added on my own. Definitely the most bountiful harvest I've ever had.

Garbage customer service. Man who answered the phone was dismissive, curt and unhelpful. He couldn't be bothered to answer basic questions regarding how much soil I needed. It's as though inquiries to purchase are an inconvenience to him. Hire someone who's able to do customer-facing work well, or just stop interacting with people all together. We all have problems, don't spew yours onto others.

Service was excellent and the Garden Mix is a very good quality. Called on a Stat and left a voicemail as directed. Received a call back the next morning at 8am and had 5 yards delivered by 12:30. I was not home when it was delivered but my wife tells me the driver was pleasant and placed load exactly as directed. Would I order from them again? Most definitely. Would I recommend them? Most definitely.

I really wanted to support a local business instead of a giant corporation to get my soil this year. As a new gardener I wasn't sure how the process worked, when we showed up nobody was around to help us and when we called for directions the owner was extremely rude and would not let us know where to go on the property to get the soil we wanted. He said we were being impossible simply asking for directions, so we were forced to leave. Really sad because I always want to support local and recommend places to my friends :(
