I was shading towards a negative review; some issues with booking, lack of communication and a few other issues.Until I met the technician, Vlad, who came to fix the machine. He was professional, took time to explain everything and did so with a smile. Vlad, I appreciate you, thank you!

Scott and the team at ASAP are the most organized and experienced people I’ve had service our appliances. They come when they say; they will diagnose and order the parts literally asap, then have them drop shipped to you. then organize an appointment quickly to get everything back up and working perfect . Best experience yet and OEM certification so you know you are covered by the manufacturer.

Great service. Cyrah was amazing over the phone. She was so nice and informative. Trevor, my technician was so helpful as well. Sadly, my unit is unrepairable and had more issues than I thought, but he was able to help me get in contact with a sales representative to help me find a new unit. He provided them the measurements for my space so I wouldn't have to worry about it not fitting. Definitely will use them again in the future for all my appliance needs.

FYI, The issue is still not resolved yet. I will edit this if better service is provided soon. It was a very simple issue. It’s just the knob of the washing machine that had to be fixed so that the door closes. This simple issue couldn’t be figured out for a month. The equipment ordered was wrong. On top of that, the power was off for a while, I was informed by the technician the door is not closing because there is no power. He asked me to restart and try to close the door which did not make any sense. He said if this doesn’t work, call ASAP again. After 5 voice messages and 3 emails finally ASAP called me back with no updates till now. I would’ve definitely changed the service company if I did not make the huge advance payment to get this fixed. Would never go back to them or recommend this place to anyone.

I activated my extended warranty they gave me a date for the technician within a couple of days he was there very professional worked on the repair of my dishwasher for 45 minutes replate and knowledgable and now I have a working dishwasher

After horrendous service by a big box store - we likely know which one - ASAP came in and found the problem quickly. They walked me through the issue, answered my questions and completed each stage of the work quickly. And when I asked for clarification via email or the phone, they were quick and friendly. We will use them again - highly recommend!

This company is reprehensible. They simply don’t care.Terrible communication, theft, delays, bad attitudes.It took 4 months and 5 service calls to fix the dishwasher. The first part arrived broken (no fault of their own, but with their delays in communication added to the length of this ordeal). Then with a second part, the repair" did nothing

Unfortunately I would not use this business again. We paid for 2 service calls upfront. The technician did not fix the problem with the first service call as our freezer stopped working completely and we lost all our frozen food :( When I called to complain the best they could do was to make an appointment for the second service call (already paid for) but the appointment wasn't for a week and I was told that it would be the same service technician. We didn't want to wait a full week and didn't trust that the same technician would fix the problem so we called a different company. That technician came within 2 days and fixed the problem immediately. He got our freezer up and running and came back to install the part a couple days later. It has been almost a month now and the freezer is still working great. When I called ASAP to cancel the second appointment and to ask for a refund, the lady I talked to didn't want to give me a refund but said she would talk to the manager and get back to me. It has now been 4 weeks and she has not got back to me. I paid for two service calls...one that didn't fix the problem and one that never happened. I would really like a refund from this company.
