I do not usually complain about bad food service but this one really got to me. If I could rate - 5 stars I would..We get to the drive through speaker, the whole time were ordering the woman was ignorant and did not let us finish our order, told us she couldn't wait any longer because we talked slow" and refused to make our order because they'd have to make more hashbrowns

Sat in a car. Ordered things. Paid at the window, and the guy doing the transaction was nice, and a handsome lad as my friend said. I also bought hockey cards.

The first time here, coffee was yummy! The chocolate croissant not so much. They don't even warm it up. The ladies were nice, tho! I'll just continue going to Starbucks.

Went through the drive thru, normally I would not complain, however when I paid for my order the cashier working the window told me total told me to have a great day and closed the window....automatically presuming she keep the change for a tip...I waited for her to give me my change because well at that point I wanted my change back as I never told her to keep it....here is some advice to the employees I understand u work for minimum wage and put up with ignorance etc from customers but DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY presume the change (even small amount) is yours to keep!

Only writing a bad review because of the over priced, pork flavored cheese and bread sandwich they call pulled pork. There was a equivalent to a teaspoon of meat on it.

Not sure who you have working drive through on midnight shift?. He has a personality of a siv. Can barely hear him on the speaker, you have to constantly repeat your order and yet miraculously after repeating your order 3 times he still can't get the order right. Sitting here in the parking lot, like myself, I've seen 2 other vehicles go back through the drive through because they had their orders messed up. Something needs to be done.

a half of menu always missed, toilet all dirty and smelly. Food not tasty and overpriced. watery coffee. well, donno why this shop chain is so big.

Very slow and disorganized. In need of some leadership. Getting better but room for improvement. Building is showing it needs some repair amd the place is in need of a good cleaning in the food preparation stations.
