Is zero stars an option? This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had with limousine service. Not only was the driver over an hour late, he got in accident right before picking us up.To top it off they never came to pick us up at the end of the night l. I would warn anyone looking for reliable service to and from a wedding or event to avoid this service.Update: The Owner also replied that that writing a review if I was not the person to sign the contract was illegal.As an owner of a limo company I would think that they would be aware that the service is used to transport groups of people (not just the person who booked the limo).My review is based on my experience with the service provider on that day.Update #2: We by no means were harassing or at any point threatened the driver. We sat up front fixed his mirrors on the highway that he smashed into a car and helped navigate him to the venue.We spoke with a representative on the phone who was supposed to call us to figure out a reduced payment but never received a reply. Then called later in the evening to find out the drive was cancelled.They also threaten to drop us off on the side of the road when we said we were not going to pay in full on the drive over, which given the circumstances we thought was a reasonable request.

I booked these guys with only 2 days notice for my wedding, chose the Lincoln MKT and when the driver showed up, he had the hummer limo instead! A really pleasant free upgrade which made our special day that much more special. We had a wonderful experience and the driver was a pro and accommodated for a special entrance at our venue where he backed the limo into the ball room through a tight garage style door, no practice and all improv and he got it done. Would definitely recommend them.

One of the best limo companies i dealt with. Driver was on time for the wedding, was really polite and the limo was in immaculate condition. Would definitely recommend for wedding service

Booked a limo for my son's 19th birthday (Dec 2022) The service in booking the limo was great, was able to answer all my questions and reassured me with any concerns I had. The limo itself was amazing and the driver Patrick, was super nice with all the guests and was on time both drop off and pick up. The limo top off the night and made it an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend and I wouldn't hesitate booking again.

Can’t imagine a worse experience. Driver was over an hour late, hit another vehicle, and refused to use a gps for directions. The company also did not send a bus for pickup because we wouldn’t pay full price after almost missing the ceremony time. Wouldn’t recommend this limo service to anyone that wants to get to their event on time or safely.Edit: the owner is claiming it’s “illegal” to write a review for another person. Although it may be news to the owner, the bus they finally sent had 22 seats and this is a first hand review of their terrible service.

We used Six Limo for my daughter's tenth birthday party. They were greatly professional to deal with throughout the entire booking process. Six Limo was extremally communicative and promptly responsive leading to the date. The day of her party the party the limo arrived exactly on time, they allowed our party to have fun and have enjoy their ride to the destination. Pick up was a breeze and exactly on time. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them for your limo booking needs. Thank you Shan and Adam for your exceptional professionalism. Used them for a company outing. Everything went very well and we were all very happy with the limo that was provided. It was clean and well maintained with water supplied for free! Our driver was super nice and easy to get a hold of when I needed an earlier return time as our evening went faster than expected. Got dropped off safely at our return as well! Would recommend this service and will use it again in the future!
