The station is inconvenient. Would never bring large luggages if you don't have to. When I arrived, there's only 1 escalator and it's so awkward for me to carry 2 large luggages (bc I have no choice) through that tiny escalator. I wish they have a lift because I don't even know how people with wheel chairs could go through this. 2 stars because in my struggling moment, a nice staff helped me to carry one of my luggage since I only can carry one up and there's no way to go backward. Poor station.

Reviewing my recent experience waiting for a Via Train in the main concourse. It was a bit unpleasant as a small group of people were persistently asking people for money (as example, I received 4 requests). In one case, theyyelled at a woman for not giving them as much as they thought she should. On weekends, would suggest arriving at station close to boarding time in case this is a recurring thing.

A transportation hub for VIA Rail and other essential services. Staff are very friendly and understanding. Give excellent advice to those needing assistance with a smile!

Historical place with a huge indoor setting that is connected to Montreal’s underground city. Plenty of restaurants and shops to cater for traveler needs and most importantly hosts the central station. Plenty of room to wait for the trains and busses. Peaceful, spacious, and well preserved.

No AC the variety store inside had lots of food and drink options. Make sure to stock up before your journey in case train gets delayed.

A beautiful & well designed building. Easy to get around & has many stores & restaurants. The Via Rail ticket office is here. There is a Business Lounge for train travelers which offer free drinks & a quiet atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Historical place with beautifully crafted architecture. The wide and large space of the station gives a taste of the 'larger than life'.***The washroom does not look clean and need to be improvised. Also a well maintained waiting or resting room would add comfort during the journey.***Staffs are polite and professional.
