Shaun recently helped us sell our condo for more than expected and buy a detached home we could actually afford!Even though we had zero expectation for him to do so, Shaun worked over the Easter long weekend. On Good Friday he was in communication with us and set up a showing for the next day. In between our family gatherings, and Shaun's personal family gatherings, we saw the house, put in an offer and had it accepted by Sunday night. The house had only been put on the market on Good Friday!He then helped us turn around and have our condo on the market by Thursday and sold by Sunday!
