Westburne

Employees are great, know what they’re talking about because most have been there 20+ years. Shame head office doesn’t care about their employees, even in the district with the highest sales. They are constantly understaffing branches, employing managers that need to be supervised themselves because they do not know how to manage their employees properly. They hold zero loyalty to people who have given them years and years of their life in order to help westburne. In conclusion the average employee there is great. I know of a few really great branch managers, but that’s about as high on the totem poll as you can get before quality of employees begins to decrease. Overall very dissatisfied with district managers and higher as it seems they have constantly left their employees to drown. The people who are the face of the westburne brand and who are making all the sales and keeping their business running and the ones treated the most poorly.
