I had the best experience at The Source (Oakville)!Adnan was extremely polite and patient with us as there were some issues with changing my phone plan. We were given the best plans and were extremely happy with the service! Kyle was also very helpful and suggestive.

Excellent service by Adnan for Source. It was getting very late in the evening but Adnan stayed 2 hours past the store closing to help me activate my wife’s and my cellphone plans, considering he had to deal with the delays of Bell’s customer call center.I would definitely recommend coming here for getting the best and most affordable phone plans. The staff will make sure you walk away with the best deal in market no matter what!

The team at this location is awesome..Especially Rohan! We recently purchased new phones for myself and son and he took his time to explain everything and gave us the best deal that suited our needs. We did not feel pressured by him to immediately make the purchase right away, which was a plus because we were switching from Samsung to Apple. Overall, we left the store feeling happy with our purchase and his great customer service contributed to that. The other sales associates and manager are great as well. Thank you!
