Classic nail spa

Had the most incredible first time experience at Classic Nail Spa. Came in for a new set and pedicure for a special occasion and left absolutely thrilled with the results and customer service. Tony sculpted my nails to perfection and duplicated my inspiration picture exactly. Couldn't rate more highly.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After several excellent manicures and pedicures at Classic Nail Salon, I was disappointed by my latest manicure and the subsequent failure to respond properly to a dissatisfied client.The technician did not carry out the customary hand massage. The day after, I discovered base coat stuck to the ends of several fingers. Removing it resulted in bits of the gel polish peeling off 5 nails.The edge of one of those nails started to flake and peel (the nail not the gel)Alarmed, since I normally have very strong nails, I visited the spa and asked for the gel to be removed. The salon's response to my request was to tell me I would have to make an appointment for two days later.I showed up for this appointment only to have the person in charge argue with me then keep me waiting for half an hour beyond my appointment time. Needless to say, I walked out and won't be back.

I have been to this nail salon before and never had an issue as they were always done well. However, this time I came in, I was passed on to a new nail tech 3 times and had to wait 15 minutes after the second switch. I was fine with waiting but constantly switching to a new person started to get on my nerves as I was not informed of it occurring. I was also rushed to pick a colour in the beginning, so I asked to change my choice before it was put on. The men were also not friendly at all and the atmosphere feels like customers are cattle. I will not be coming back but Lily was the best out of the three.

I booked my appointment for manicure and pedicure. I asked to clean deeply my nails. She ignored me and just smiled. She worked very fast without paying any attention to the client . The work she did I really didn’t like it . Very disappointed .

I love this place. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, knowledgeable, and talented staff.

Don't believe all the negative reviews. Everybody's gonna have a bad day once in a while as you can't please all. It was a great experience and the best friendly service in town. Being kind goes a long way.

I have been going to Classic Nail Spa for years, they are like an extension of my family. The spa is clean, service is fabulous and the staff are friendly, fun and very talented. Min and Lucy keep my fingers and toes looking amazing. Even with staff shortages, everyone still manages to work efficiently and extra long hours without complaint. They are truly an incredible team. Usually pretty good but went in for a Manicure and Pedicure and they didn’t have debit machine working and the foot spa was using boiled water from the back. My chair tripped a breaker and they just kept going which I understand but what makes me not want to go back is the pedicurist poked my large toe which turned into a major infection requiring two rounds of antibiotics.

Excellent job - very professional and they pay lots of attention to detail. Had pedicure as well which was fantastic.

My fiance did not enjoy her experience at all. She was yelled at constantly, and charged far more than she should have been. Not going back ever.
