My experience at live was nothing short of amazing from the moment i walked through the door, i saw a well appointed Fitness spaces with some of the best equipment i have ever used in a gym and some equipment i saw for the first time, the staff is knowledgeable and well trained and made you feel like you belong which for me is very important to me, i would recommend Liv to anyone looking to improve there fitness and wellness. Our 1st massage experience was fine but the 2nd time around the same RMT was unnecessarily hard and rough, both my husband and I were left with back & neck pain. He also brised my back, wrist, and swelling in my hand. We won't be back.

I cannot speak more highly of LIV Executive Fitness and specifically Aviva. The gym is always spotless and the variety of machines are impressive. Moreover, LIV provides an exclusive/private experience, unlike most commercial gyms. All of the trainers and wellness professionals are friendly and knowledgeable, and focus on proper technique / strategy to avoid injuries.As a former athlete, I’ve had my fair share of incompetent trainers and coaches who have made me hate working out. Aviva is the complete opposite. She is so fun, professional, and easy to work with. She’s also always on time which is rare in Toronto. From day one, we aligned on my goals and she curated a workout schedule that fits my needs. She has an amazing ability to strike the perfect balance of being supportive but firm. She is able to motivate me to push myself without making me feel stressed and unmotivated. Aviva has been such a blessing and I cannot describe how happy I am to have her as my trainer. I highly recommend training with Aviva!

I was recommended Nurse Lindsay by a friend and it has been the most elite and amazing experience so far. The clinic was very clean and calm, the receptionist was very welcoming and offered drinks.When it came to the treatment I received, I’d 100% recommend Lindsay. Unlike other clinics I’ve experienced in the past, she followed up with me throughout my 2 weeks post care and was very helpful with any questions I had. Nothing but the best all around. She’s also very accommodating to my availability and is such a wonderful person that’s really great at what she does!

For as long as I can remember I’ve always had problem skin. I came across “Liv” and spoke with skin expert and aesthetician Lina, she was very knowledgable and educated me on the use of medical grade skin care. When I first walked into Liv, the studio was clean, bright, and visually pleasing. I had an espresso while I spoke with Lina some more about my skin. I purchased the skin care line called Environ, and have seen a great improvement with my skin. Lina also performed a facial she recommended to me based on my skin type. The facial was by far the best I’ve ever received. I highly recommend you check out this studio and med spa. There are endless amenities and services that you can receive. Oh my back! I went to Alex, RMT instead of a comforting massage it feels like I was put under a road roller! It was extremely rough and rushed. The studio itself is clean but Aviva insists on coming on Sunday mornings after repeatedly informing her that afternoons work for us better. They did accommodate a 2pm time but made me feel like it was a huge obligation that we're doing. Keep your studio closed on Sundays if that's the case. She also tries to get too personal with her questions and I do not appreciate that. Furthermore, she lacks attention to detail and didn't even spell my name right on the invoice! Do not recommended this place.

I love this place!! LIV executive fitness has been awesome to me. The trainers have been exceptional and provide guaranteed results. The environment is warm, spacious and vibrant. There is plenty equipment and everything is so clean! I personally have dropped over 75 pounds with the help of the remarkable personal trainers that are available here. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely clean and elegant studio with many exclusive amenities. As soon as I stepped foot into LIV, I felt like I was on a mini vacation. Luxury and professional services catered to professionals and business owners. Would highly recommend.
