I can't express to you how amazing my experience was shopping at Lustre Bridal. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and kind and gave amazing tips when it came to finding my wedding dress! I truly felt so welcomed and they went above and beyond for me to make sure everything ran smoothly and to help me find my perfect dress. If I could give 10 stars I would, I highly reccomend everyone to shop here when it comes to any occasion for your dress. I've shopped at many dress stores in and around edmonton and no ones compares to this location! They will do everything in their power to help you find your perfect dress going above and beyond to make sure you feel secure in your choice and reccomend the best taylor for any alterations needed!You guys made finding my perfect wedding dress so memorable, I truly thank you for all you have done for me!Best bridal shop in Alberta in my opinon!!Thank you thank you thank you!

From my first time in the store and picking my wedding dress, getting alterations and picking up my dress before the big day they have been amazing. I never had any stress throughout the process. The owners are friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure every time I went in. I would highly recommend Lustre!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. My daughter has been waiting 13 months for her wedding dress, and after calling for updates for the past 5 months we just learned today that it is because the store is in financial trouble. This is a terrible way to treat customers. The store should have been honest months ago when there was still time to order from another store.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store with my two teen girls looking for prom dresses. As we browsed the shop for dresses the lady working was quite pushy and had alot of attitude. Once the girls had some dresses to try on the woman continued to be pushy and was a bit rough with the girls while pulling and tucking things on the dress. After we left the store the girls told me this woman had body shamed each one of them in the change room when she was alone with them. This was very upsetting for the girls. To the woman working - I did not catch your name, however I hope as someone working with impressionable teens you read this. Shame on you for the way you spoke to these girls in private. Despite finding a beautiful dress there we did not return due to the behavior experienced. I do not recommend shopping in this store.

Sin helped me find my perfect gown. I had gone through 6 boutiques, trying on dozens of dresses before landing into her doors. She sat us down with a book of her inventory before quickly realizing I needed a little more direction. The dress I ended up with was her first suggestion. She knows her product, values your opinion,while also making the whole experience so personal and lovely. She made the 30 minute walk in visit into such a memorable experience in finding my wedding gown.Sin! I can't thank you enough for all the help and sweet demeaner you had to make sure I was leaving with a dress I love.

Dress shopping is my least favourite thing to do. I had some rough experiences in the past, but Lustre was a different experience. I felt listened to and explain what I was looking for. The people who work there know their stuff and it shows. She was able to pick different dresses based on what I said I liked, the feel I was going through, and just what I liked. Thanks for the good experience!

It was not as expected. The website Implies they have many wedding dresses and prices. They start at $1200. And only had 4 dresses for me to try. I advised I had a $800 budget. While trying dresses I asked the price of one I liked the most and it was $2300. Why would they put me in a dress so far out of budget, especially without telling me beforehand. They seemed in a rush. When I got there I was waiting for a friend I was 10 minutes early for the appointment so I should have been able to wait but they were very pushy to get me in a dress and started. There was also this large man with bare feet walking in and out of the back of the shop. It was odd and made me feel uncomfortable. I think he might have been the owner? Not really sure. Overall not a great experience. My friend saved the day by booking me a last minute David’s bridal appointment where I did find my dress.

Owners are fabulous! Extremely accommodating and make you feel very welcome in the store. No push buying tactics were used and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Would highly recommend!

After having a not so good experience at 2 other bridal shops I did not have high hopes going into Lustre Bridal this past weekend.I can’t say enough good things about both Cyn and Craig. Not only were they both funny and down to earth, they weren’t pushy with a sale, gave me so many options despite being on a relatively tight timeline and budget, they helped me find the dress that my fiancé will say “damn, that’s my wife.”I would 100% recommend Lustre Bridal!

Luster bridal just moved from WEM to St. Albert. They are very easy to deal with and they were able to have dress altered in 10 days. Thank you.
