Hollywood Airport Express & Limousines

Lifesavers!! It was my first time coming into the Sault Ste Marie airport, and I got in right around 11pm. I was crossing my fingers I wouldn’t have to wait too long for a cab or something to be ordered. I was so glad there was a limo shuttle outside and I just made it. Anne was the nicest driver ever, and it was a very quick ride. I was so drowsy, and when I left my purse I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to stay at the hotel I booked, I was able to call the number on the card for the limo service and they connected me right back to her even past 11:30 at night and she circled right back to me after her last stop.I was really all out of place so late and dark because my wallet had fallen into the crack of the seat and window. I called at 12am and right at 6am to see if they could locate it. Even though they have phone hours starting at 10am they picked up every time, they were able to get my wallet right back to me at my hotel at 8am which was such a relieving surprise. I felt sooo guilty, but they were so nice and polite about everything, and I am so grateful for them!! I wish I could give 100 stars!

This is a fantastic friendly shuttle and limo service. Can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the dispatchers and drivers. I travel to the Soo every few months for work, and have used Hollywood every time. Vehicles in great shape and impeccably clean. And the drivers all speak highly of the owner, which is a great sign with a small business and shows it values people and relationships. Until next time!

When I reached to the airport at 12:30 am or so (More than a month ago), unfortunately I couldn't find any taxi companies who are available at that time. Luckily Anne from Hollywood Limousine/taxi was the only one available outside. Anne helped me and took me to my destination. She was extremely friendly, genuine, and caring. She answered my questions about different site seeing, stores, etc. Apart from that outstanding service from Anne, I called Joey (the company owner) today and I wanted to see if he can help me and get me the duplicate invoice/receipt from my trip which was more than a month ago. Joey did not hesitate and asked me to send details to their company's email. After I sent email, Joey's staff (Jacob) sent me the invoice in 15 minutes. This is something I have never experienced. I highly recommend every passenger to use Hollywood Limo's services when they visit Ste Sault Marie. Their services are way above and beyond expectations.Thank You all Hollywood Limo staffs,

Jacob and the team at Hollywood Limousine were phenomenal to work with for our wedding. Jacob was extremely well organized, communicative and thoughtful during the planning process and it made arranging transportation for our many out of town guests and big wedding party seamless! All transportation provided was punctual and clean and the driver was friendly, helpful and professional. We would recommend Hollywood Limousine to anyone looking to book for a wedding or special event.

These guys are great. Dispatch was super professional, even had my info ready to go for the pickup. My driver Joe, showed up 5 minutes early to take me across the border. No Hassel what so ever.

They are on time, and they follow our flight# for our return, so pick up is on time, in case of delays or cancelation. Better then, leaving your vehicle at the airport for an extended amount of time. It's also cheaper to take the ride if you are going fir more then a couple of weeks

Amazing service. Driver was friendly and courteous. Gentlemen I booked on the phone with was informative and so friendly. They take care of the Sault. I will 100% be calling them again on my next ride to the airport.

WOW!!! A++ all around. Great communication from start to finish with this crew. I rented the 12 seat limo for my son's 16th birthday. They had an absolute ball. The limo was decorated and party lights on when they arrived for a good time. The driver was on time (early) and very helpful. He took pictures at various locations around town. It was a night my son will remember forever. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this business.
