Purchased an item that was not considered last sale At the time of purchase, A week after the policy was changed and I was unaware. I tried to return this item and they refused even though I purchased it before it was considered last sale.So consider everything that you purchase From here as something that they will not honor their return policy with, Because they can change that policy at any moment on any item.I do not blame the employee for not telling me at the point of sale because it was not a last sale item at that time.The manager was very nice but clearly not helpful towards honouring The return policy that States I can return it within 30 days The item that we had wasn't even opened, I hadn't even taken it out of the bag yet.The reason why I was returning this item to begin with is that one of the employees told me that her coworker had already Purchased the special edition of the collectible we were buying ( this was a blind box). And since we already had a common of this Collectible there was no point in keeping the 2 unopened ones we had purchased.This same employee has a Kijiji account where she sells Special edition collectibles that you can only find at toys R us.I took screenshots of her account And sent it to head office and nothing has been done about it.So Toys R" Us clearly doesn't have a problem with their employees "flipping" Even though it's against the policy

Shelves pretty bare after the holidays but the staff were super helpful trying to find what we were looking for.

My go to spot for toys. Usually get something for the kids everytime we come to Moncton. They take status cards if you are First Nation. The store is huge with 100s of toys. I think I bought every single baby doll there and accessorie. There's video games and pokemon cards. Theres books, Legos, power wheels, baby stuff, cribs, and bikes. I go here for Christmas every year and every holiday.

Had a great experience at Toys R Us !! The store was so organized and really clean. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. My kids love it there too!! You just cant find the same selection at other local stores. In fact .. I was in the moment when my kids could chose one toy each and if it wasn't for the sales rep who helped them with the decision making I probably would still be there. Thank you !!!! I will return soon

Better selection than the TRU in Saint John. Unfortunately, Toys R Us in general is widely overpriced these days. Took my 2 and a half year old in on a Sunday at 4:30 and the doors were 3 quarters shut trying to prevent anybody else from coming in the store because they closed….in 30 minutes. I’d rather we shop at an actual toy store but he got a toy from Wal-Mart instead that day as a result of us “inconveniencing” them by showing up a full half hour before close

I order today @ 10.21am took the money from my gift card $54 and in my creditcard $118.42 for the disney princess ultimate caslte till now no order# receipt. Called the store told me wait for 2 hrs its been 4hrs nothing. I email no respond. Went to dieppe store see if they have none in the shelve look for associate found one told me to girls section that's all no help so we left the store.

Horrible service. Purchased an item for in store pickup. No one seemed interested in helping. Thr cashier finally called someone out back to find it. After repeatedly asking if a confirmation number would help and being told no the employee looking out back said the confirmation number would help greatly. This shows their complete lack of training communication and effort all around.Finally after finding the product on the shelves ourselves we could not simply leave with that one we had to wait for them to complete their scavenger hunt.The manager Alyssa was rude and completely uninterested in helping or resolving the situation instead saying it could take up to 5 hours when the website clearly says only 2.Save your time and order on Amazon. The headache from management and their employees are not worth the headache.

So expensive. Prices were not clearly marked on half the things I bought. Some were a pleasant surprise. While some if I realized the price I would have passed on. The staff were all lovely and helpful.
