Prompt and friendly customer service given by Farhin who attended to my vehicle registration renewal today.

Albert street Galon. I came in today June 9 around 9:40am and there was no one else in the store. The lady was not doing anything until I came in and I was told to hold on, sure not a problem. She then calls someone and is on the phone with them, I was patient again but she then makes another call and doesn’t acknowledge me at all! I like everyone else have to go to work wanted to get my plates renewed quickly as I have to be at work in 10 minutes but she couldn’t even help or grab someone else to assist. Customer service is awful and unprofessional. Acknowledge the customer you have in-front of you! So rude to call someone when I hadn’t even been helped! Will take my business else where!! Every time I go to this specific one the customer service is terrible!

Terrible customer service. I walked in to update information on file and didn't realize they would have to photograph me. They took a couple of shots and I realized I was not in the mood for a photo. I immediately requested to the lady to let me rush home and come back for the photo and she basically said no. She went ahead and submitted the shaby photo of me and charged me $19. I went home and it didn't sit well with me and I came back freshened up to retake the photo and these people went ahead and charged me another $30. Definitely will never come back to this insurance location. All they care about is money and no interest in listening to or meeting the customer's needs.

I recently purchased a Personal Auto Pak (SGI) from Jocelyn Adie of Galon Insurance Brokers - 4558 Albert Street, Regina SK. Jocelyn was a real pleasure to do business with! She was knowledgeable, polite, very efficient, and easy to talk to. I left the office confident that the policy met my needs. I will have no problem dealing with Jocelyn again in the future.

Such a poor service they provided. I went there to get my license renewed with acknowledgement letter but the lady who was working there, she said she need a receipt from cic and even though I told her that they don’t provide receipt for acknowledgement letter. After that thank god cic took my call in short time at that day and when I asked them for receipt, they said same thing that they don’t give any kind of receipt for acknowledgement letter, after that I went to knight archer and told them that I want to get my license renewed, they didn’t ask me a thing and they did everything done in 5 mins. I will never visit this galon insurance again, they don’t know about their jobs.

Only been here once but have phoned a few times to inquire about inspections etc and they always have amazing customer service will be back in the future

Helpful and polite service given efficiently and in a timely manner. However some staff are not as knowledgable as they need to be to ensure (us) their customers are informed of our current driving restrictions that were implemented the day prior to re-registering our vehicle.
