We purchased our first house and decided to go with Dan Kowall. And oh - how happy we are that we did!Dan is very professional and attentive. He knew all the ins and outs not only in house showings, but also correctly estimating additional costs, service providers, neighbourhoods and more. Tali was amazing to deal with! She helped me find an amazing townhouse and made the process very comforting. She even found me a tenant right away since the adjacent unit had a tenant that got kicked out of her unit (since the owners bought the place).I have dealt with a couple realtors that unfortunately aren't professional enough to have their clients best interest at heart and I truly felt Tali's effort in finding me a good unit that fit my investment needs. 10/10 service!

Daniel and Tali went above and beyond to help us sold our house in Calgary. Our house was sold just in few days way above the asking price. They did an amazing job with the pictures and made a great video of all the advantages that the house offers and they thought about all the small details. Daniel helped us manage everything and preparing the house for the sale while we were away and he was always available for questions and calls, and super patient. We highly recommend of Daniel and Tali and we are so happy we did a good depiction working with them.
